Welcome to the official project website for the United Therapeutics Unisphere! This exciting new development is located in downtown Silver Spring, MD at the corner of Colesville Road and Spring Street (1000 Spring Street). The primary use of the Unisphere will be managing the development of an unlimited supply of transplantable organs. This innovative project will bring 120,000 SF of new office space, 10,000 SF of retail space, as well as public amenity space for the Silver Spring community.
