Our vision is to be a voice for youths, nurturing a healthy family dynamic in the home enviornment, and promoting positive change by advocating for youths and their families... Our goal is to work collaboratively with Care Management Organizations and Community Resources to address the needs of the youth and family, provide stability and bring normalcy back into the home. We achieve this through a multi-step approach. By listening to and addressing the needs of the youth and family, developing and implementing a treatment plan, collaborating with the treatment team, implementing therapeutic modalities and creating a safe environment focusing on the strengths of the youth and family we create a better future.
