WELL BALANCED DESIGN

Leading three teams of students aged 12 to 16 which deploy CAD/CAM software to collaborate, design, analyse, manufacture, test, and then race miniature gas powered balsa wood F1 cars at the multi-disciplinary challenge "F1 in Schools". Received "Best Racing Car" design award with one attended team at the national championship... Research about vehicle system dynamics and interconnected suspensions; submitted a patent (2017) about a fully interconnected suspension with highly efficient spring and damper elements; supervisor of several case studies, bachelor and master thesis; teaching two master courses ("Higher Dynamics" and "Dynamics and Adaptronics")... Managing the development department of the aluminium business unit, which is responsible for aluminium chassis casting products for OEMs (high volume serial production).
