Alison assumed the role of Business Development Manager at Langtree in August 2021, based at The Base. Prior, she served as Marketing Director for Peel Land & Property for an impressive 19 years. During her tenure, Ali showcased her expertise in diverse sectors, such as Property, Retail, Airports, and Leisure. She lent her support to numerous business and projects, including iconic ventures like MediaCityUK, Liverpool John Lennon Airport, Liverpool Waters, and Gloucester Quays. Her responsibilities spanned the entire spectrum of marketing strategy, PR, and event management. Notably, Ali brings a unique dimension to her career, being a qualified yoga teacher with eight years of experience. This role transition at Langtree offers her increased flexibility, both in her schedule and, her yoga business development

Jeff Clayton

Job Titles:
  • Concierge
Jeff our Concierge, knows everything there is to know about The Base and treats it like his own home, which is reflected in how spotless and well maintained the building is. He has been at The Base for almost 3 years and has a 14 year career in security at various sites across the North West but we are glad Jeff has finally landed at The Base! A lifelong Warrington Wolves fan, when Jeff isn't at a match at weekends, he can be found at his caravan in North Wales, where he spends most weekends with his family.

Lisa Pook

Lisa, our dedicated Receptionist at The Base, brings a wealth of experience from her 15-year journey in the Health and Social Care sector, where she ascended to the role of service manager. In her current position, she plays a pivotal role in supporting the team's efforts in Health and Safety and meticulously tracking the budget.

Stacey Marsh

Stacey joined Langtree in 2020 as the Building Manager at The Base and brings over 20 years' experience in customer services and front of house across the retail and hospitality industries. She has worked in the serviced office industry for over 10 years managing multiple sites and is fully conversant with managing serviced properties and both hard and soft services. Stacey's responsibilities at The Base include managing Health and Safety, new lets, fit outs on site and providing a range of property management support.

Tracy Pikering

Tracy became a valued member of The Base in March 2022, boasting an impressive 28 years of customer service expertise. Her diverse role encompasses overseeing Health and Safety, managing budgets, extending warm welcomes to customers and guests, and coordinating meeting and event room bookings.
