Our group is dedicated to optimizing the utilization, tracking, and reporting of university spaces through data-driven analysis, strategic planning, and stakeholder collaboration to support the evolving needs of students, faculty, and staff... SPM collaborates closely with campus leadership to enforce the UA Space Occupancy and Allocation Policy. Biweekly meetings with the Associate Provost and the Senior Associate Vice President for Campus Development ensure that space-related issues are continuously evaluated and addressed. Additionally, the Space Advisory Group provides oversight on space policies, procedures, and allocation strategies. Comprised of key representatives from academic and administrative divisions, this group meets quarterly or as needed to assess space priorities and recommend actions to University leadership.
