CADRE, the National Center on Dispute Resolution in Special Education, supports State Education Agencies (SEAs), Lead Agencies (LAs), and federally funded Parent Centers in 1) building local level capacity to prevent and resolve disputes, and 2) developing more effective and equitable dispute resolution (DR) systems. CADRE's new interactive platform allows users to make state-to-state and state-to-national comparisons for mediation, written state complaints, due process complaints, and expedited due process complaints. We are grateful for the partnership with AEM Corporation in making this Dashboard come to life.​
