After having kids and grandkids, Ellen, with her husband Tom's encouragement, decided to make the jump. She opened the office at 39 Mill St, Ellicottville, NY, in March of 2017 and expanded by opening a second location in July of 2023 in Franklinville, NY. Licensed insurance agent & broker and NYS notary... Ellen opened her doors in Ellicottville in 2017 and has been building this company from the ground up. Family owned and operated with over 30 years of experience, EFC Insurance recently opened their second location in Franklinville, NY and couldn't be more excited for serving another community that's local to her and the EFC team.
