Manash has been an ardent CRM evangelist, having worked and developed numerous Customer facing applications in his past 20 years of experience in Enterprise world. He has been helping startups and entrepreneurs through their product development and go to market strategy. Prior to ConvergeHub, he has worked in organizations like Western Digital, Cisco and LG. He holds an Electrical Engineering degree and has completed management courses in the field of international business and finances. His passion has been to deliver a complete ecosystem for Small and medium businesses through simple and innovative tools and solutions and that led him to bring his aspirations through ConvergeHub.

Shampa Bagchi is the CEO of ConvergeHub and is obsessed with helping businesses utilize technology to solve complex challenges. She is passionate about exploring the intersection between Business, Technology and People its power to change the world. Recognized as a leader in the small business community, Shampa counsels small and medium businesses on how to use the right combination of technology, business process and user behavior to accelerate their business growth. Shampa holds a Master's degree in Computer Applications and has been at the forefront of technology revolution for more than two decades. She has been a ‘woman in tech' long before #womenintech became a movement. With a goal to train the future generations in technology, Shampa has founded Onward Academy, an education institute in India, with a strong focus on providing technology education to the youth.

Ted is the former VP Marketing at Goldmine Software, VP at Harcourt, Sr. VP at Motorola, and VP Marketing at GE. In addition, he helped form Red Storm Entertainment with Tom Clancy, and led the marketing team that published Netscape, the #1 best-selling Internet software in the world at the time that inaugurated the .com era. Ted was the original VP of Marketing for Goldmine CRM (which grew 100% every year) just prior to the acquisition.
