Bülent Sağlam

Born in Manisa. After completing his primary and secondary education in Akhisar, studied physics in Balıkesir University. Bulent started his career as a salesman in Unilever, where he worked in sales and trade marketing departments with senior management responsibilities in 15 years that followed. In 1999, he started to work as Senior Sales Manager for Toprak Consumption Goods Marketing and Trade Co., an affiliate of Toprak Holding. In 2005, he was appointed as General Manager and Deputy Chairman of the Board of Directors in the same company, and also nominated as a board member in Toprak Sanitary Production Co.. Since 2007, he is conveying his professional experience and knowledge via management consulting projects such as Building Sales Organizations, Establishing Distribution and Dealer Networks, Market, Channel and Customer Development, Brand Management and Brand Communication, Development of Sales and Marketing Strategies; Internal and External Customer Loyalty Programs, Change Management and Organizational Structuring İn Family Companies, Simplification, Standardization, and İmprovement of Business Processes Along With The İmplementation of Established Business Standards and Procedures, Ensuring Sustainable Growth, Efficiency, and Profitability İn Companies, Production and İnvestment Planning, Restructuring and Corporate Management, Development and Administration of Social and Managerial Projects İn Municipalities. In addition to his career, he graduated from Anadolu University, Faculty of Economics, Department of Public Administration, Marketing and Advertising, Brand Communication Program, and Local Administrations at the School of Management Organization, respectively. Bülent Sağlam is married with two children.

Emin Bingül

He was born in 1957 in Çanakkale. Graduated from Kabataş High School and Istanbul University Economics Department, majoring Business Administration and Finance. Before starting his career, he went through an intensive one year English language education in Cambridge and obtained Proficiency certificate in English. After many years in his working life he decided to merge his experiences with updated academic studies and got his master's degree in M.B.A from Istanbul Bilgi University between 2004 and 2006. He started his career as Management trainee at Koç Holding's HR department in 1980, after having worked there one year, he decided to specialize in automotive sector and joined Iveco/Otoyol Pazarlama where he worked as sales&marketing manager for nine years. He later served at Turkey's most prominent companies in automotive retailing namely, Istanbul Oto/Birmot as Deputy General Manager and Oto An/Birmot Ankara as General Manager and Member of the Board. During these assignments, he represented his companies at Automotive Manufacturers' Association and at Chambers of Commerce and Industry of Ankara. He took part in Koç Holding's strategic Change Management Project that is Koç 2000, as the company project leader and also worked as a member of the Project team which implemented the partnership agreement between Otoyol and its Italian partner Iveco. After 21 years of successful work, he ended his career in Koç Group and jumped into the Telecommunication sector, to experience new challenges where he also shouldered some important responsibilities as a top executive at leading companies like Genpa and Tesan. After having served as the General Manager of DAF/Tirsan, he stopped working as a top manager on full time basis. At present, he renders consulting services in the fields of strategic management, corporate identity, institutionalization of family owned businesses, foreign trade, sales and marketing as well as he represents couple of foreign companies in Turkey. Bingül speaks English, French and Italian apart from his mother tongue Turkish, enjoys travelling around the World, photography, cinema, music, sports and strives to be a better tennis player, photographer and drummer. Emre Ayan

Emre Ayan was born in 1976, in Istanbul. He graduated from Yıldız Technical University, Department of Chemistry. He started mountain climbing in 1995, in the university club. He climbed over 5000 meters seven times. He climbed Ağrı Mountain in winter, two times successfully. He climbed to Kalapathar summit at 5545 meters, which is close to Nepal Himalayas, Everest main camp. As a consequence of his mountain climbing hobby he took part in AKUT Search and Rescue Association's establishment. He participated to all search and rescue operations up to 2001 as a rescuer (Ceyhan, Gölcük, Düzce, Athens, Taiwan earthquakes, Ağrı, Bolkarka, Denizli, Konya mountain search and rescue activities, West Black Sea flood disaster). In 2001, he had the Istanbul - Kathmandu trip which took 3 months. Between 1990 and 2001 he competed at a professional level in motor sports. In 11 years, he took the podium 55 times. He was the 1994 Turkey Carting Super Category Champion. He competed on behalf of his country in 1995 World Carting Championship. Moreover, he represented Turkey 12 times in international competitions. Between 1996 and 2001, he pursued Turkey Formula 3 Championship in Iskender Atakan's team. He started his career in Vakko Giyim Sanayi, as unit manager, in 2011. Afterwards, he took the lead of American DOLE company's, the world's biggest fresh fruit logistics company, logistics operations in Turkey. After working as Turkey Logistics and Foreign Trade Manager for American DOLE Company between 2004 and 2009, he resigned and followed his biggest passion, nature, professionally. The biggest reason why he resigned from his job, which he continued successfully for five years, was his dream to convert his hobbies, which became his reason to live, into Business. He started by shooting documentaries, because for him sharing the moment is more important than anything. Between 2004 and 2005, he gave private and group lessons in BMW Rider Academy about motorcycle safety. He worked as referee, organizer and consultant in competitions such as Camel Trophy, Slazenger Pantera Cup and G4 Land Rover Challenge. In 2009, he conducted "Europe in Caravan" documentary project which included 10 countries. In March 2009, he prepared and presented a documentary called "Lapland" about a safari story in Arctic Circle. He is a nature lover, mountaineer, motor sports competitor, international sportsman, a sea lover passionate about sailing and scuba diving, photographer and documentary film-maker, search and rescue volunteer in earthquake, sea, flood and mountain, advanced motor riding instructor, bird watcher, more important than any of these a traveler who loves discovering and sharing. He gives private team games, motivations, nature camps and sailing training to companies and groups, in light of the experience he acquired, while pursuing his passion for adrenaline.
