Mayank Dholaria is the primary promoter of Maxcell Biotics. He has a background in the field of Biotechnology (M.S. in Biotechnology, University of Houston - Clear Lake, Texas, USA; B.E. Biotechnology, VTU, Bengaluru) and a long periodic exposure to agricultural practices and regular farmer field visits. These experiences have lead to him to change the current approach in agricultural practices of chemical intensive to Residue Free Sustainable practices.
