Brooke Ireland and Clare Bradshaw live in Richmond, VA and have been friends for over 17 years. Working alone since 2007, Brooke created the original B. Ireland Bag. The bag was founded on a rainy Father's Day at a lacrosse tournament in Maryland. Standing in the rain, the bag became a necessity for Brooke, as her career as a lacrosse coach and the mother of three boys collided, she needed a stylish, handsfree bag that could withstand the elements... Growing up in the Virginia countryside and the daughter of an interior designer, Brooke combined her love for the outdoors and interest in design/fabrics and saw a need for a versatile, unique bag that would appeal to all ages. An instant success, Brooke sold her bags all over the country and found her unique niche in the design world.
