Adam Nunez

Job Titles:

Adam Nunez is the Assistant Chief Engineer at Moody Rambin, where he currently oversees approximately 2 million square feet of office and retail space. As Assistant Chief Engineer, Nunez leads a team of engineers and assists with operations consisting of CAPEX projects and buildout tenant spaces. He also helps operate the R&M budget and planning process. Adam has six years of experience in Building Engineering, and he continuously strives to advance in his field by learning and acquiring new skills. Adam holds a CFC Universal License and an Apprentice Electrical License. He has certifications in High and Mid-Rise Atrium Fire Prevention, SMT and has training in HCC Air Conditioning I and II. He is currently working on his Maintenance License and SMA Certification. In his time away from work, Adam enjoys playing basketball, working around his house and reading technical books about commercial building applications.

Eric Farias

Eric Farias is the Chief Engineer at Pennzoil Place with JLL. After graduating from Universal Technical Institute in 2002 with an HVAC Certification, Eric began his career as an Apprentice Plant Operator at The Hyatt Regency Downtown where he went on to earn his 3 rd Grade Stationary Engineer License. In 2006, he left the Hospitality industry to join PM Realty Group as an Operations Engineer, where he gained valuable insight into office building operations and, after 11 months Eric was promoted, to Assistant Chief Engineer for the Chase Center building. Since 2010, Eric has been with M-M Properties, where he is currently the Assistant Chief Engineer. His involvement includes assisting Property Management with the company's tenant buildouts, capitol construction projects along with running a staff to maintain TC Energy Centers 1.5 million sqft. property. Eric's qualifications include Certified Air Conditioning & Refrigeration Technician, 2 nd Grade COH Stationary Engineers License, Maintenance Electricians License and EPA Universal Certification. Outside of work, Eric loves taking family vacations and being involved with his kid's extracurricular activities.

Felix Rodriguez

Felix began his career as an apprentice at The Galleria where he went on to earn his Stationary Engineer License while working there. Shortly after, he left the retail industry to pursue opportunities in property management, gaining valuable insight into Class A office building operations. This experience opened the door for him to take a position as Chief Engineer with Cameron Management. Always ready to evolve and grow in his profession, Felix decided to take the role of Project Manager and Business Development Manager with a local contracting company where he oversaw the company's tenant build-outs at The Galleria. The return to the bustling environment of The Galleria confirmed to Felix that he belonged in the retail industry and served as the catalyst to propel him to his current position as Assistant Director of Operations at The Galleria. Since 2013, Felix has held a strong position on a team that manages the day to day operations of The Galleria, a Level VI mall of 12 million square feet accounted by four major anchors, three high-rise office buildings, and two high-rise hotels. The property is the largest in Texas and the fourth largest in the United States. As of 2022, Simon Property Groups Regional Directors of Operations, Tenant Coordination, and General Managers recognized Felix as Best of the Best Peer Choice in the Southwest Region. He is always willing to help no matter where and when he is needed and has a wonderful "CAN DO" attitude and is a strong training mentor for others in the company. Here, he focuses on maintaining a safe environment by identifying and eliminating safety hazards to staff, tenants, and customers, while over-seeing tenant build-outs and assessing emergency situations at the center. Felix, a native Houstonian, who socially connects with everyone he meets, has formed strong relationships with his vast network of associates in the Construction and Engineering Building Property Management Industry throughout the years-- not only in Houston but Nationwide.

Glen Llamas

Glen Llamas started his building engineer career in 1992 in the Hospitality Industry. He worked as an apprentice engineer at the Houstonian Hotel, Club & Spa. As he continued to learn the trade, he also attended trade school to acquire the necessary licensing and certifications. Glen successfully acquired the 1 st Grade Stationary License, Electrical Maintenance License, EPA Universal License along with many other technical certifications. Fascinated by the trade, he also worked part-time for the Holiday Inn and Embassy Suites. He went on to become the Assistant Chief Engineer for the Hilton Westchase and Hilton Southwest, where he assisted the Chief Engineer manage both properties. In 1999, he was given an opportunity to become the Chief engineer for the Embassy Suites or work for Hines as a Building Engineer. Glen went to work for Hines and furthered his knowledge in the trade. He was successfully promoted to LEAD Engineer where he used his knowledge and experience to mentor his team. Within his career with Hines, he was promoted to Assistant Chief Engineer and worked at One Shell, Two Shell, GreensPoint Campus and Williams Tower. In 2018, Glen was given the opportunity to work with Transwestern as the Chief Engineer. He would work close with ownership/ developer during the construction of Bank of America Tower. After completion, he was involved with the start-up process including the development of the engineering guidelines. He assisted ownership with successfully receiving several awards for Bank of America Tower. In 2023, Glen went to become the Senior Chief Engineer with JLL. He continued the strong relationship with ownership/ developer to successfully complete the construction of 1550 on the Green. He continued using his experience to successfully start-up the new building. Glen continues his focus on furthering his career while nurturing a strong relationship with his team and clients. Outside of work, Glen loves to take family vacations. In addition, he is an avid cyclist who participates in century cycling tours.

Hector Rios Jr.

Hector Rios Jr. is the Chief Engineer at Transwestern. Hector joined Transwestern in 2018 as a Lead Engineer at Waterway 1 & 2 in The Woodlands. As a result of his leadership, knowledge and dedication, he quickly promoted to Assistant Chief Engineer and shortly after to Chief Engineer at the new Leed Platinum Bank of America Tower building in Downtown Houston. Hector started his career in the Operating Engineering Field in 2007 when he took an apprenticeship with PMRG. After leaving PMRG in 2012, he transferred to the Bank of America Center, which is now owned and operated by M-M Properties. During his time at the Bank of America Center, he worked as an Operator and gained valuable insight into building operations. He also worked at Hines as an Operating Engineer before making his leadership move to Transwestern. As a leader, Hector has gained the trust and respect of his team and continues to grow in knowledge. Hector always seeks opportunities to expand his knowledge in his career and has obtained the following credentials, a Third Grade Stationary Engineering License, Maintenance Electrician License and an EPA Universal Certificate. Hector, a native Houstonian, is the proud father of a ten-year-old son and a seven-year-old daughter. In his spare time, he enjoys going fishing and playing soccer.
