Prof G.K Mathur Mentor Is Retired Prof and Head at Dairy and Food Science College at MPUAT, Udaipur, Rajasthan. He has 35 years are teaching and research experience having number of Indian and International publications. He is consultant to many Dairies and SME in Rajasthan. He is visiting faculty and external examiner for various University and colleges across India.

Ritesh Mathur is founder of F2F Food and Beverage Consultants and has 25+ years of experience in R & D, New Product Development, Setting of R & D Centres, Food Safety, Regulations, Sensory, Consumer Panels, Product Launches and Quality Assurance in the food industry. Have Patents and publications on his name. He Worked at leadership role and leading R &D for reputed companies like McDonalds, Danone, General Mills, Givaudan, Godfrey Phillips and Raptakos Brett. Ritesh is alumni of ICT (formerly known as UDCT, Mumbai) and NMIMS. He is also Secretory of AFST (I) Mumbai Chapter.
