Scott Denko has practiced in almost every area of intellectual property over the last twenty five years. He has developed successful litigation strategies for plaintiffs and defendants in litigation matters around the country including, for example, in Arizona, California, Massachusetts, New York and Texas including actions in patent infringement, trade secret misappropriation, fraud, antitrust, interference in contractual relations and breach of contract. In patent cases, he has briefed and argued Markman hearings in a variety of jurisdictions and developed winning positions for clients in patent matters in jurisdictions from the Northern District of New York to the Southern District of Texas to the Central District of California.
