Barang Regional Alliance Ltd (Barang) is a not-for-profit Aboriginal Community Controlled Organisation. Barang operates as a regional governance structure so that the Aboriginal Community can speak with a unified voice, supporting the empowerment of the Aboriginal community living on Darkinjung land, on the Central Coast of NSW. Support is delivered through various programs and in collaboration with our Aboriginal community-controlled service delivery organisations, individual Aboriginal community members and leaders, and Aboriginal owned local businesses... We work towards more effective service delivery outcomes and accountability to the Central Coast Aboriginal Community. We do this through the services we provide and by supporting our members to deliver services. Using our knowledge of the community gained in our work, we advocate to reform current thinking, systems and processes to deliver more effective service delivery outcomes and accountability to the Central Coast Aboriginal..
