Dr. Isaac Tornyi is an astute scholar, a philanthropist, and an entrepreneur who brings on board more than a decade of teaching and research at the tertiary level that promotes individual and organizational knowledge in Marketing, Entrepreneurship, and Small and Medium Enterprises Development through the promotion of appropriate technology and digital innovation strategies.
He lectures in the Department of Marketing and Procurement and Supply Science at Koforidua Technical University, Koforidua. He also serves as an adjunct lecturer at the African University College of Communications, Accra.
Isaac is currently a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) candidate from the Centre of Entrepreneurship and Small Business Development (CESED) at the University of Cape Coast. In 2013, he obtained a Master of Philosophy in Business Administration (MPhil), Marketing Option from the University of Ghana Business School. Also, he is a proud alumnus of the University of Professional Studies (UPSA), where he obtained a Bachelor of Science in Marketing in 2009. He further obtained a certificate in Management Information (MIS) from NIIT and a Diploma in Tourism Management from the International School of Aviation.
In 2017, he was inducted as a Certified Global Business Analyst and Consultant and currently serves as the Vice President for Continuous Professional Development (CPD) and Ethics. In 2023, he was inducted as a Doctoral Fellow of the Institute of Certified Business Analysts and Consultants (ICBAC).
Dr. Tornyi has promoted youth entrepreneurial empowerment and SME development through education, advocacy, and policy support development that has seen growth in some formal and informal sectors of the economy notably through programmes dubbed ‘The Youth Empowerment and Entrepreneurial Summit (YEES) and ‘Come and Let's Grow your Business Together'.
In the area of practice, he provides edge-cutting innovation solutions, through the application of technology in meeting organizational needs in both formal and informal sectors leading to several awards and recognitions by some of the organizations he consults for. In research, Isaac's focus and interests include among others Green Marketing, Entrepreneurship, Social Entrepreneurship, Agribusiness, and Sustainability. He has also been part of many policy dialogues concerning social enterprises and SME development in Ghana.
Isaac Serves on several Boards and committees key among them including Social Enterprise International (SE international), California-Ghana Chapter, KTU-SE Ghana Incubation Hub, as well as the secretary to the Full Gospel Business Mens' Fellowship International, KTU-Chapter, among others.
Dr. Tornyi has to his credit some firms he has incorporated and manages that provide solutions to individuals and communities including GB Consults Ltd. Business Consulting Firm (2017); The Scroll Foundation (2016); Y-Sep Connect Africa-A Prosocial Organization (2022) and Eagles Connect College-An Educational Institute (2023). He is also the author of some motivational books such as Attitude the Master Key, The Attitude of a Hero which helps align individuals' values with their goals, and Principles of Marketing, a foundation book for business impact.

In addition to these accolades, Mr. Arthur is a Certified Business Analyst and Consultant, equipping him with a unique lens through which he approaches procurement challenges. With a career that spans both the public and private sectors, Mr. Arthur has garnered extensive experience in diverse procurement arenas. He currently holds the position of Head of Procurement at the Kwahu West Municipal Assembly, a testament to his capability in handling large-scale, public procurement processes. Simultaneously, he imparts his knowledge as a part-time lecturer at West End University College, nurturing the next generation of supply chain professionals. Beyond his regular duties, Mr. Arthur's entrepreneurial spirit shines through as the CEO of Bearing Point Consult. Under his leadership, the consultancy has provided invaluable insights to numerous stakeholders, further cementing his reputation as a thought leader in the field. Mr. Arthur seamlessly blends academic rigor, professional expertise, and an entrepreneurial drive to make meaningful contributions to the procurement and supply chain landscape. Mr. Kwaku Boadu Adusei is a Procurement Officer in the Procurement Directorate of Accra Technical University. He holds a Master's Degree in Business Administration (Dual Specialization in Project and Supply Chain Management) from Assam Don Bosco University, Assam-Guwahati, India in 2017. Before His MBA Programme, He pursued a Higher National Diploma (HND) in Purchasing and Supply from Accra Polytechnic now Accra Technical University.
He is a proud Certified/Chartered member of various Professional Bodies; Certified Business Consultant (CBC) 2016, Certified Global Business Analyst and Consultant (CGBA), from the Institute of Certified Business Analysts and Consultants and Chartered member of the Chartered Institute of Procurement and Supply (MCIPS) 2016.
He has undertaken several certificate courses which include Business Planning and Project Management from Dr. Ravi Ahuja of Savitribai phule pune University India (2021), Certificate in Project Management and a Certificate in Logistics and Transport Management both from Central Professional Institute, 2011.
Mr. Kwaku Boadu Adusei is currently the Head of the Stores Department at Accra Technical University by dint of hard work. He is a strong advocate for staff development.
