Aron Bowman

Aron has been with ELM since 2014. After majoring in Manufacturing Engineering at Bradley University, Aron spent 15 years at eServ, a Product and Processes Development firm that was acquired by Perot Systems in 2006 which in turn was acquired by Dell Technologies in 2009. Over the course of his career Aron has held positions as Mechanical Engineer, Lead Engineer, Technical Account Manager and Account Executive for customers including Caterpillar, Harley Davidson, Whirlpool, General Dynamics, Northrop Grumman and Raytheon. Over the last 5 years at ELM, Aron has been responsible for leading the FieldSight product line while managing relationships with both customers and strategic partners such as Dell, Intel and Microsoft. In his personal time Aron participates as an advisory board member for a technology startup in Frisco, TX, volunteers for multiple activities at his children's schools and has coached football, basketball and baseball as they have grown up.

Bryan Rich

Bryan has been with ELM Utility Services since April of 2002. While attending Boise State University, he was hired on as a locate technician in Boise, Idaho. He continued his advancement within ELM by overseeing operations in Colorado, Montana, Nevada and Idaho before accepting his current position as Vice President of Operations. He is an active participant in various utility coordinating councils in multiple states throughout ELM's footprint, bringing awareness and education to the community. Bryan enjoys spending time participating in various outdoor activities with his family, and expanding his culinary skills by creating and developing recipes to prepare for his wife, friends and family.

Harley Hartman

Job Titles:

Harley Hartman began his career at ELM as a Locate Technician in July of 2000. After working in cattle ranch management for 20+ years he made the decision to join the Utility industry and started as a Locate Technician in Billings, Montana where he was born and raised. At ELM he has worked his way up many levels of Management including Trainer, Supervisor, Area Manager, State Director, Vice President, and Sr. Vice President before being named the President in January of 2022. Harley is very heavily involved in damage prevention groups across the ELM footprint. When not working he enjoys hunting, horses, and spending time with his family.

Jason Petermeier

Jason has been with ELM FieldSight since June of 2014. He earned his Mechanical Engineering degree from Baylor University and his Masters of Business Administration from the University of Texas at Dallas. Jason has spent his career in product development engineering roles in varying industries including: telecommunications, defense, aerospace, and energy. His engineering background is in complex composite structures and system engineering, but he has also served as program manager over numerous high profile projects and accounts through most of his career. Jason is currently in charge of product development and product delivery for ELM FieldSight for MicroGrid and industrial equipment monitoring solutions. Outside of ELM FieldSight, Jason serves as school board treasurer at a Christian Institution, and volunteers his time coaching youth baseball and basketball for local athletic leagues.

Jim Bourazak

Jim has been the CEO of ELM Utility Services since July of 2003 when ELM acquired One Call Locators, Ltd. from Northwestern Energy. Jim has extensive management experience with over 15 years in executive level management ranging from a 900 person environmental consulting firm to a deregulated retail and wholesale energy company that was a subsidiary of CILCORP. Jim has held previous positions through his career as Director of Human Resources, Vice President of Human Resources, and President Environmental Staffing Solutions, Inc. Jim holds an AA in Business Administration and a BA in Business Management from the University of Illinois. Jim is a strong supporter of St. Jude Children's Research Hospital. Having served on the St. Jude Board, Jim and the ELM companies have contributed to and supported St. Jude for several years. Jim participates in the St. Jude Motorcycle Ride from Peoria to Memphis every fall to raise money for St. Jude. The Bourazak family support goes back to Jim's Grandfather who gave Danny Thomas $5,000 in 1951 when the hospital was only an idea Danny Thomas had. The original donor plaque from Jim's Grandfathers contribution is still displayed in the hospital in Memphis on the wall of original donors.

Lee C. Graves

Lee is the founder and CEO of the ELM Companies and Principal of Graves Law Offices, PC. Lee's legal and environmental practice involves strategic counseling in the areas of Environmental Liability Management (ELM), Energy and Utility Services, Natural Resource Damage Assessment (NRDA), ecological risk assessment, and environmental due diligence. Mr. Graves founded ELM Companies in 1998 which provides utility outsource services, compliance services and IOT monitoring for energy, industrial and Cafe compliance. Lee has worked directly on many well-known environmental liability sites and projects including the Milltown Dam Superfund site litigation, Milltown, Montana; Commencement Bay Superfund Site, Tacoma, Washington; Waste Management, Inc. landfill-NRDA claim in Indiana; Blackbird Mine NRDA, UNOCAL diluent release in California; ARCO pipeline oil spill in Indiana; and Colonial Pipeline San Jac into River-NRDA. Prior to founding ELM, Lee was named partner of Campbell and Graves, PC an environmental law practice with office in Houston, San Francisco and Chicago. He also served for three years as Senior Attorney in the General Counsel's office of NOAA, Dept. of Commerce. Lee served as NOAA's lead attorney on the largest natural resource damage assessment litigation in the country, U.S. v. Montrose, et. al. Lee's early professional career was in investment banking where he analyzed investment opportunities which included land and corporate acquisition and divestiture while working for Michael K. Deaver, former deputy chief of staff to President Ronald Reagan in Washington, DC. Lee represented such clients as Mitsubishi, China Trust Bank and other foreign interests. Lee is a graduate of Creighton University, with a Juris Doctor (JD) and a Bachelor of Science, Business Administration in Finance. Lee currently serves as President of The Boys and Girls Club of Central IL, and previously Board Member of United Health Care of Iowa System, Methodist Hospital of Peoria, IL, Board Member of the Greater Peoria International Airport Authority, and Board Member of Peoria Zoological Society.

Nic Bourazak

Nic has been with ELM since the beginning of 2011 where he started as an Assistant Fleet Coordinator. The need for traveling Technicians to run to various locations at the drop of a hat became very necessary due to the rapid growth of ELM and the welcoming of many new customers. Nic was eager to become a part of this crew and spent many years learning every facet of field operations including locating, trouble locating and auditing. Since 2016 Nic has taken many opportunities in management ranging from a State Trainer to his current position as Associate Vice President of Operations and everything in between. Over his many years with ELM, Nic has always been devoted to the goals of ELM being the most able in providing all possible services to its customers with the highest quality in the industry. Nic greatly enjoys the utility sector and will always strive for advances in damage prevention to ensure safety and reliability for our customers and the general public. When Nic is not working he enjoys spending time with his family, many outdoor activities, and working on cars.

Ron Coleman - President

Ron has served as President of ELM Insurance Services, LLC since 2004. His extensive industry experience includes over 25 years of production and executive level positions in the Construction and Environmental sectors. Ron holds a BS in Marketing from San Diego State University. Ron is an active member of several industry and community organizations including Greater Peoria Contractors & Suppliers Association (GPCSA) St. Jude Runs, Illinois Valley Striders, Bradley Braves Club and THP Runs. Outside of ELM Ron is an active runner and enjoys traveling and outdoor activities with his family.

Royce Eggli

Royce has been in the locating industry since 1998. He started his career with ELM in April of 2000 as a field Locating Technician. Since that time, he has held several positions as Trainer, Supervisor, Area Manager, and State Director in different states of operations. Royce was the State Director for eight years in the largest state in which ELM currently operates. In his spare time, he enjoys live music & playing guitar.

Scott Frydenlund

Scott has been with ELM since December, 2011. After becoming a Graduate from the Missoula College - University of Montana, he has spent the last 19 years managing Information Technology product development across varying industries including: financial, geospatial engineering, digital distribution, and utility services. Scott has obtained multiple industry accredited engineering certificates and was a critical team member that successfully deployed the first geospatial application into the SafeGuards network for the International Atomic Energy association (IAEA). He is currently in charge of developing and executing the technical strategies to drive productivity and innovation for ELM Companies. Outside of ELM, Scott is an active participant in his local Elks Charter Foundation and is involved in multiple community service projects.
