Barry Girling

Mr. Girling has been active in various aspects of mineral exploration since 1977. He couples his geological understanding with a B.Com. Finance degree (U.B.C. 1990) to provide consulting services to a number of TSX Venture Exchange companies. He has strong capital markets experience gained as a founder and director of Foundation Resources Inc. and Search Minerals Inc. Mr. Girling was also a director of Roxgold Inc. from August 2006 through September 2102 and completed the re-organization of Roxgold Inc. as well as the acquisition of its Burkina Faso gold property. Aside from BRS, Mr. Girling was President and CEO of Birch Hill Gold Corporation from November 2012 until it amalgamated with Canoe Mining Ventures in June of 2014. He continues as a director of I-Minerals Inc. and Kiska Metals Corporation.

Carmen Amezquita - CFO, Secretary

Carmen Amezquita is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA, CA) with a strong corporate, financial, and accounting background and over fifteen years of experience in the mining industry. Ms. Amezquita has worked as the Chief Financial Officer and Controller of several public companies in the mining industry as well as in the audit and assurance group at PricewaterhouseCoopers. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from UBC and has a Diploma in Accounting from the UBC Sauder School of Business.

Chris Osterman

Dr. Osterman has thirty years' experience in both metal production and exploration in North and South America, Africa, and Asia and is currently CEO and Director of First Mining Finance TSX-V:FF . Most recently, Dr. Osterman played an integral role in the discovery and development of the San Jose silver deposit in Oaxaca, Mexico; and the Zuun Mod molybdenum deposit in Mongolia. Dr. Osterman's area of expertise lies in new project reconnaissance and exploration strategy. Dr. Osterman completed a PhD at the Colorado School of Mines focusing on sediment-hosted copper deposits in Namibia.

Claudia Tornquist

Ms. Tornquist is an experienced mining executive whose background includes business development, business evaluation, M&A and financing, at both multi-national companies and in the junior sector. She is President and CEO of the exploration company Kodiak Copper Corp and previously served as Executive Vice President of Business Development at Sandstorm Gold and as General Manager at Rio Tinto. Former director of Kennady Diamonds, leading the $176m sale of the company to Mountain Province as chair of the special committee of the board. Ms. Tornquist has a Masters Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Technical University of Munich and a Masters of Business Administration from INSEAD.

Gregory Crowe - CEO, President

Mr. Crowe has over 30 years' experience in the exploration and mining sector. This includes extensive exposure to precious and base metal projects throughout North and South America, Asia and Africa. Mr. Crowe has worked with major mining companies and has served as a Director and Executive of several junior and development stage resource companies. From 2002 until late 2015, Mr. Crowe was President and CEO of Entrée Gold Inc. He was instrumental in transforming Entrée from an early stage exploration play to one with an advanced development-mining project in joint-venture with Rio Tinto and its partner company, Turquoise Hill Resources. Over $12 billion has been slated towards production at Oyu Tolgoi, including Entrée's JV project. In connection with the development of Entrée, Mr. Crowe played a key role in raising over $200 million, acquiring an Australian junior company for the procurement of a large copper project in Nevada and completing several other acquisitions and transactions.

Ken Engquist

Mr. Engquist brings nearly 30 years of leadership and development experience overseeing the de-risking and advancement of numerous mining projects from early-stage exploration through start-up and operations. He has led operations, technical studies, work programs, permitting, and stakeholder relations as well as participated in the structuring of several financing and M&A deals in the junior mining sector. He recently took the position of COO of Western Copper and Gold. Prior to this, he was COO of First Mining Gold where he was responsible for advancing the development of their Springpole project. Some other recent development projects of his include Nevsun's Timok copper project, South32's Hermosa zinc project, and Tinka Resources' Ayawilca zinc project. He's also led various other projects within Oxygen Capital's managed group of companies where he was responsible for advancing a portfolio of assets at various stages of development through the start of production. A large portion of his career was spent in key management roles on large capital projects and operations within Rio Tinto and AngloGold Ashanti. Mr. Engquist serves as a Director and Board Advisor on other public and private organizations. He holds a B.Sc. in Engineering from Michigan Technological University.

Luke Norman

Luke Norman is a seasoned growth executive with over 15 years of experience in the venture capital markets. He has been responsible for the direct capital raises in excess of $300M. Mr. Norman began his capital markets career at Ord O'Connor Grieve, New Zealand then worked for 4 years with Canaccord Capital Corp before moving on to the private investment industry. In recent years, Mr. Norman has operated a consultancy company to the metals and mining industry. He also co-founded Gold Standard Ventures Corp., a TSX-V and NYSE Market listed gold exploration company. Additioanlly, Mr. Norman co-founded and was formerly a director of Stratton Resources Inc.

Raul Diaz

Mr. Diaz is an exploration geologist with 35 years of experience, much of it with Penoles where he discovered several mines including the Mezcala/Bermejal deposit, which is part of Goldcorp's Los Filos operation in Mexico, and Capajorco in Peru. He also spearheaded Penoles' internationalization by opening and managing the Peruvian subsidiary until 1999. He has served as V.P. Exploration and Director of First Mining Finance, a successor company of Sundance Minerals Ltd. that he cofounded in 2008. Raul received a Geological Engineering degree from the University of Mexico and master degrees from the University of Arizona and Cleveland State University.
