Anthon Oestergaard joined RKCA in 2024 as a Senior Associate. Anthon works within RKCA's M&A advisory practice where he executes transactions across a wide range of industries.
Anthon has prior M&A experience from both the sell-side and buy-side. He began his career working at financial institutions Goldman Sachs and Nordea in London and Copenhagen, where he worked on a diverse range of private equity and equity capital markets transactions. He later joined the investment company Chr. Augustinus Fabrikker in Copenhagen where he completed investments in private equity, venture capital and public equities. His industry exposure varied from high growth software and e-commerce companies to more traditional manufacturing and service businesses.
Anthon is a graduate HEC Paris and holds a MSc in International Finance. Anthon also holds a BSc in International Business from Copenhagen Business School, which included a stint at the University of Southern California.

Brandon is a graduate of Miami University's Farmer School of Business with an MBA in Finance and the University of Cincinnati's Lindner College of Business with a BBA in Finance. Brandon is a combat veteran with multiple deployments, has been awarded the Bronze Star, the Combat Infantryman Badge, and is a graduate of the U.S. Army Ranger School.

Eric Hornung joined RKCA in 2019 as an Associate. Eric works with the leadership and boards of RKCA's direct investment companies and in RKCA's M&A advisory practice. In both capacities, Eric is responsible for creating financial valuation models and analyses; conducting financial, industry, and buyer research; and assisting corporate executives on strategy.
Eric began his career at Duff & Phelps in Chicago and New York City. At Duff & Phelps, he worked in large-scale corporate and municipal bankruptcy advisory as a corporate financial advisor; supported financial damages expert witnesses in litigation; co-founded the firm's cryptocurrency advisory practice; and, was promoted quickly from Analyst to Vice President. Eric has experience working in China, the Caribbean, and the Middle East.
Eric is a graduate of Ohio State University's Fisher College of Business with a BSBA in Finance and Economics and a minor in Chinese. Eric has passed Level I of the CFA and is a Certified Bitcoin Professional. Eric also co-hosts a Fortune Top Business Podcast about startups outside of Silicon Valley called upside and has executive produced an award-winning documentary called "Test City, USA."

Justin Hollon joined RKCA in 2022 as an Analyst. Justin specializes in M&A advisory throughout the middle market. He is responsible for creating valuation models, completing financial analysis, and conducting financial, industry, and buyer research. Justin is the lead staff member on the Business Services coverage team.
Justin began his post-graduate career at RKCA, where he previously served as an intern beginning in 2020. Prior to joining RKCA Justin had experience in asset management as an intern.
A graduate of the University of Cincinnati's Lindner College of Business, Justin holds Bachelor of Business Administration degrees in Finance and Business Economics.
Kingsley Ediae-Holly joined RKCA in 2024 as an Analyst where he is responsible for creating financial valuation models and analysis, crafting external-facing materials, and conducting financial, industry, and buyer research.
Kingsley began his career at PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC), a multinational professional service firm and one of the "Big Four", in Atlanta, GA in their Assurance group. After PwC, Kingsley transitioned to Houlihan Lokey where he was a part of their Financial and Valuation Advisory Services group. While at Houlihan Lokey, Kingsley supported the execution of M&A transactions across the healthcare industry.
Kingsley is a graduate of Kennesaw State University's Coles College of Business and holds a BSBA in Finance and Accounting. Kingsley also holds a Master of Accountancy from Mercer University's Stetson-Hatcher's School of Business.
