In 2015, I concluded a long and fulfilling career as an ordained minister. My ministerial work required cohesive leadership skills with my staff, consistent teamwork between my staff, volunteers and congregants, and organizational clarity (purpose) to tie it all together. I have had extensive experience in both Europe and the United States, developing leaders and designing programs for leadership development. For the last 5 years, I have also been on the board of a non-profit organization dedicated to combatting human trafficking in the Bay Area.
