We are a team of seven, specialising in accounting, financial analysis, forecasting and investment. We attempt to live by the values of ‘humility, excellence and trust' as these are the values to which we aspire... We are committed ‘value investors'. Inspired by the teachings of Warren Buffet and Charlie Munger, we look for external fund managers who are fully aligned to this investment philosophy. For investments that we manage internally, we look for a small number of great companies for which we don't have to overpay and then ideally we hold them for ever...
