Jean Gerber brings a wealth of experience and nutritional expertise to our team having been a Registered Dietitian for the past 22 years, working in the community. She attended Southeast Missouri State University and earned her bachelor's degree in
Human Environmental Studies: Dietetics. She is really excited to be the dietician at Arch Bariatrics and extremely motivated to make an impact on those trying to reach a better quality of life.
In her spare time, she enjoys going to the lake, exercising, and attending sporting events with her family such as flag football, lacrosse and wrestling.

Jessica Anton is the Practice Manager at Arch Bariatrics, LLC. She has developed a passion for the Healthcare field ever since she started working in Bariatric Surgery in 2012. She earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Health Management in 2011 from Lindenwood University. Jessica manages the day-to-day operations of the practice, handles Claims processing & Management, billing & collecting, as well as manages accounts receivable. She spends her spare time with her son & also enjoys designing and making new projects for her Etsy shop.

Josie Huber is the Front Desk Coordinator. She is personable and likes interacting with patients and helping them navigate the weight loss journey. She enjoys spending time with her family and friends. She loves to travel and go on new adventures!
Katie Daboll is the Lead Patient Advocate at Arch Bariatrics and has worked with us for over 5 years. She really enjoys getting to interact with patients and guide them on their life changing journey.
Katie is married with 1 daughter. She loves animals and currently has 2 dogs and 1 cat.
In her downtime, Katie enjoys spending time with her family and friends, reading, and going to concerts.
Dr. Chinnappan is a highly experienced and caring surgeon for your bariatric surgery needs. With over ten years of practice in the Saint Louis area, Dr. Chinnappan has done over 1000 surgeries, specializing in advanced laparoscopic and weight loss procedures. His training from the University of Madras in India to fellowships in the UK, Singapore, and the USA speaks volumes about his expertise and dedication to bariatric care.
Dr. Chinnappan's patient-centered approach is the foundation of his practice at Arch Bariatrics. He believes in educating patients and creating a collaborative team environment. As the Medical Director of the Weight Loss Surgery Program at Mercy Hospital South, he leads with innovation and passion to ensure patients get the best care. His credentials, including American Board certification in Surgery fellowships with the American College of Surgeons and ASMBS, and numerous awards like the Vitals Patients' Choice Award, speak volumes about his credibility and reputation as a trusted leader in the field. My name is Molly and I am a Patient Advocate at Arch Bariatrics. I have been with Arch Bariatrics for about three years. I enjoy providing each patient with guidance and support throughout the journey towards bariatric surgery. Throughout my time here, our patients amaze me every single day with their incredible progress and persistence towards their weight loss goal. I believe this part of my job has indeed provided and shown me the knowledge and strength in areas of my life to do the same. I am extremely grateful for all of them for this.
