We are Sergio & Floriana. We are originally from Italy and we have been living in United Kingdom for many years, we are passionate about good quality coffee and Italian food. I (Floriana) spent my childhood in a small and idyllic village, in the middle of the countryside, between the hills and close to a river. In my village, all the food was coming from the producer to our table, or as we now say, from farm to fork. If I close my eyes I can still smell the intense flavour of fennel and the sweet oranges. I grew up not wasting anything, from the milk of my dad's cows, we made cheese but also ricotta, with that we made ravioli, pasta sauces and also fillings for sweets and cakes! Since I have moved to the UK, I have tried to look for those flavours and re-create all the genuine dishes I can, to taste them with my family... We have a special..
