Ethan Burns has served as General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer since 2010. Before his position at Arman Pharmaceutical, he served as Director of Chemical Engineering for Fertisol Chemical Company in Savannah, GA. He has a PhD in Bioengineering from the University of Miami.

Frances Linder has a D.M.D. degree and Ph.D. in Molecular and Systems Pharmacology from the University of Utah. She has authored over 320 peer-reviewed publications and book chapters. She is an active consultant to medical device companies in the US, Sweden, and South Korea and belongs to several professional societies including RAPS, ISPE, and ASQ.

Dr. Wright was promoted to CSO in June, 2015 after having served as Executive Vice President of Research and Development since 2012. Previously, he held several positions at pharmaceutical company Pharagenix. He is the author of over 230 peer-reviewed publications. Dr. Wright founded two companies and has several patents in cellular engineering.
