Allison B. Murrell serves as the President of EarthView, where she oversees all office operations and participates in business development and new equipment purchasing efforts. Allison plays an essential role in the everyday success of EV, and specifically enjoys analyzing and implementing new technology to enhance business processes. Allison brings more than six years of industry experience to the company and promotes a positive company culture through planning professional development, volunteer, and social activities for all team members. Her favorite part about working at EV is being part of a team and "watching the company grow."
Allison attended the University of South Carolina where she received her Bachelor of Science degree in International Business and Global Supply Chain and Operations Management with a minor in Spanish. She served as a Logistics Supervisor for PepsiCo for several years where she supervised a team of over 30 people and integrated new software into the warehouse and transportation systems. Allison's management experience is invaluable to EV's success, as she continues to advance company efficiencies, standards, and procedures. Outside of work, Allison enjoys traveling abroad and instructing a variety of classes at the local Pure Barre studio.
Isa facilitates all EEO compliance and training for EV personnel and assists with continued safety education for crews by overseeing the weekly toolbox talks.
John Daniel serves as Earth View, LLC's (EV) HDD Project Manager where he assists with planning, directing, and managing all Horizontal Directional Drill projects. In addition to ensuring that projects are completed on time and according to design specifications, John helps with business development by continuously finding and estimating new HDD jobs. On many projects, John also acts as the surveyor to layout and guide bores for HDD crossings using the wireline system TrueGyde. John attended Mississippi State University where he received his Bachelor of Science degree in Agriculture Engineering Technology and Business. John brings more than 20 years of industry experience to the team and is proficient with a multitude of software including AutoCAD, TrueGyde Steer, and TrueGyde Profile to name a few. Since joining the EV team, John has managed several multi-million dollar HDD projects completed for TECO, Energy Transfer, and FP&L to name a few.

- Underground Utility Locating Field Supervisor
Tom Gillispie serves as the Underground Utility Locating Field Supervisor & SUE Technician at Earth View. Tom has over 30 years of experience working on Subsurface Utility Engineering projects (SUE) in the local area, and is proficient in Underground Utility Locating, Ground Penetrating Radar (GPR), Electrical Ground Fault Locating, Leak Detection, and more. As the field supervisor, Tom oversees daily field operations, performs utility locating, and assists with sales and contract negotiations. Additionally, Tom is responsible for maintaining the GPR equipment and works directly with EV's in house mechanics who prioritize preventative maintenance and needed repairs. With many years of industry experience and extensive safety training, Tom's expertise ensures that every project is successfully completed on time, within budget, and at the highest levels of quality.
