Following in his father's footsteps, Tyler quickly took a liking to the excavating industry as a child. Tyler worked alongside with his father, Mike, for many years at the family business, Hrusch Excavating, where he developed the skills he needed to start his own business. Today, Tyler, along with guidance from his father, operates and manages American Earth Supply where he continues to strive for success...
