Having gained a second class degree in Sports Science at Leeds Beckett University, Jon has since gone on to complete a level 3 in sports massage and has quickly gained a good reputation as a massage therapist.
Having played football and run competitively at university, he has since turned his attention to sports massage with an understanding of the importance and the impact sports massage has on performance in sport.
Jon has been a keen long distance runner for a number of years, completing 5 half marathons, 3 of which were Great North Runs, and is very keen to restart after taking a break whist completing his massage training. Jon is a fully qualified Level 3 Sports massage therapist and has level 4 firmly in his sights for the future

Mike is BASRaT accredited, completing a degree in Sports Rehabilitation at Plymouth Marjon University. Playing Basketball at the Academy ignited his interest in Sports Rehabilitation
Mike has experience working with a variety of different athletes, including professional Basketball players, Netballers, Runners and Football players, as well as completing placements in the NHS and private clinics, working with patients of all ages, abilities and disabilities.

Rachael graduated from the University of Central Lancashire in 2023 with a first class honours degree in Sports Therapy. Her interest in the subject comes from training in martial arts from a young age and her interest human biomechanics.
Rachael gained some working experience as sports therapist for Preston Grasshoppers Rugby Union team, providing pitch-side first aid and taping for the second team. She also worked with a massage setting after university utilising her sports massage training to treat for a range of different clients.

Richard Qualified in November 2005 and since then has gained a wealth of experience within different sectors, including the NHS, Military, private practice and Occupational Health.

Steve qualified as a physiotherapist in 2014 from the university of Salford. Steves interest in becoming a physiotherapist stems from playing professional football for a number of years for clubs such as Northwich Vicx, Stoke City and Torquay.
Since qualifying he has worked in a number of settings such as the NHS, GP surgeries and outpatients. He has a keen interest in spinal issues and is part of a spinal special interest group, attending regular extra CPD courses in this area.
When not working, Steve likes spending time with his family and also coaches at a loca l boys football team
