Andrew Remick

Andrew Remick is a Partner at Highline and is directly involved with acquisitions, capital market activities and the asset management of properties in Highline's portfolio. Prior to joining Highline, Andrew was the Senior Vice President of Acquisitions and Asset Management at CREC where he focused on sourcing acquisitions and overseeing the asset management of company owned assets, a role he worked on with David Moret from 2011-2016. Andrew originally started working at CREC in the brokerage department where he specialized in multifamily and land dispositions and financing. During this tenure Andrew worked with private and institutional clients including but not limited to Lubert Adler Real Estate Funds, Wells Fargo, Bank of America, 13th Floor Investments, Melo Development and Bank United. Andrew holds a BS in Business with a concentration in Finance from St. John's University and received his Masters in Real Estate Development from NOVA Southeastern University. He is actively involved with several real estate organizations including NOVA where he sits on the advisory board for the MSRED program, serves as a mentor to current students and regularly gives lectures in the classroom.

David Milgram

David Milgram is a Partner in Highline's retail investment platform and is also the founder and Managing Principal of M Street Holdings. David's primary focus is on the acquisition and asset management of value-add and core-plus retail and mixed-use investments in densely populated, growth-oriented markets within the Southeastern United States. Prior to forming M Street, David served as Vice President, Investments (Southern U.S.) for Sterling Organization, a private equity real estate firm focused on investing in retail real estate assets across the risk spectrum in major markets within the United States on behalf of a series of funds and institutional investors. He was responsible for sourcing and executing acquisitions throughout Texas and the Southeast United States. In addition, he assisted Sterling Organization with strategic corporate initiatives and special projects being pursued by the firm. Prior to joining Sterling Organization, Mr. Milgram worked as an Associate for The Ackman-Ziff Real Estate Group in New York City. At Ackman-Ziff, Mr. Milgram was responsible for the underwriting, structuring, and execution of debt financing, investment sales, and joint venture equity transactions ranging various asset classes for a variety of institutional clients. Mr. Milgram has participated in the execution of more than $500 million of acquisitions, dispositions, debt financings and joint venture equity assignments throughout his career. He is currently involved with the ownership and asset management of more than one million square feet of retail real estate through various MStreet and Highline partnerships. Mr. Milgram graduated Cum Laude from The George Washington University and received a Master's in Real Estate Finance from Georgetown University.

David Moret

David Moret founded Highline in 2016 and is directly involved with all elements of the firm's strategic direction and operations. David has spent the majority of his 25-year career focused on sourcing value add office and retail investments in partnership with private and institutional capital providers as well as overseeing the execution of the applicable business plans. His relevant experience has included the extensive renovation and re-tenanting of office projects, the redevelopment and ground up development of shopping centers, the acquisition of core and core plus investments as well as a wide range of distressed debt and other real estate investments. Prior to starting Highline, David spent 20 years at CREC as a partner and head of the firm's acquisition and investment group, a role he held for over 12 years. David started his real estate career in CREC's real estate services division where he was involved with multiple areas of commercial real estate operations including direct responsibility for the leasing of more than 2 million square feet of office projects, the sale of more than $1 billion worth of commercial assets on behalf of the firm's private and institutional clients and serving as an advisor and court appointed receiver on a wide range of retail, office, hospitality and residential projects representing more than 2 million square feet. David graduated cum laude from the University of Florida in 1991 with a BS in Business and a Major in Real Estate and received a Juris Doctor Degree cum laude from the University of Miami in 1995. He is an active member of the Florida Bar, a licensed Real Estate Broker as well as being involved with several civil and real estate related organizations.
