CMS is composed of a small but elite group of civil/materials engineers, all of whom are highly accomplished and recognized throughout the civil engineering industry,construction industry, and within their sub-disciplines of materials science and engineering, pavement engineering and components of geotechnical engineering... Our mission is to provide solutions of problems that arise in design, forensic investigation and/or construction regarding infrastructure materials and pavement design, performance prediction and analysis to clients from both public and private entities... We provide the knowledge, expertise, and solutions required to accommodate the growing and changing demands placed upon today's highways and transportation infrastructure. We have implemented a system of innovative techniques that effectively utilize construction materials in in the design new and in the rehabilitation of existing infrastructure.
