Andy Pascal is a Principal with Avion Consulting. His areas of expertise include executive coaching, motivational leadership development, executive team building, new manager training and career realignment. Andy has a wealth of experience partnering with seasoned and emerging leaders at both large institutions and growth stage companies across multiple industries.
Prior to joining Avion, Andy had a private executive coaching practice supporting both individuals and organizations with one-to-one, team and group coaching and training programs. Before full-time coaching, Andy spent 14 years as a sales and business development leader at both established and growth tech companies, including Google, Foursquare, Blue State Digital and Placed (acquired by Snapchat, then Foursquare). In these roles, his primary responsibilities were to be an outward face of the organization, lead sales teams, sell complex technologies and develop relationships with executives.
Andy received a B.A. in English from the University of Michigan and graduated from Newfield Network's Coaching for Personal and Professional Mastery program. He currently holds a PCC accreditation from the International Coach Federation (ICF) and an NCC credential via Newfield. Antonia Choi is an Affiliate Consultant with Avion and a senior HR professional turned Executive Coach. Antonia has close to 20 years' experience in the Talent and Recruiting space in both the Investment Banking and Legal industries. She has worked globally and led firms through many important transitional periods, all whilst focusing on the strategic recruitment, retention and development of people. Christine Guthrie is an Affiliate Consultant with Avion and an Executive Leadership Coach, facilitator, and faculty member for the Georgetown University's Leadership Coaching Program. She is known internationally for her ability to cultivate the safe space needed to clarify purpose for leaders and teams.
For more than a decade, Christine served on active duty as an Executive Communication Advisor in the U.S. Air Force. As an advisor, she helped national and international leaders create communication strategies to address topics such as: diversity, talent acquisition/retention, diplomacy, misconduct, marketing, and policy. She is a Bronze Star recipient who has led international consultation, worked with the Secretary and Chief of Staff of the Air Force, governors, African & European Ambassadors, CEOs of space industries, movie directors, national media outlets and sports organizations.

Donovan Baddley is a Principal with Avion Consulting. His areas of expertise include executive coaching, leadership transition and acceleration programs, executive team building, and motivation and energy management. Much of his work has focused on the unique leadership challenges present in highly matrixed global companies, agencies, and partnerships.
Prior to joining Avion, Donovan held various executive-level learning and development roles in a diverse set of organizations, including White & Case, Ralph Lauren, Condé Nast, and several high growth start-ups. In these roles, he led organizational and cultural change initiatives, built global leadership development and transition programs, and coached numerous executive teams and individual leaders.
Donovan holds an executive coaching certification from Columbia University's 3CP program, and is certified to administer a number of assessments, including Hogan and Strengths Deployment Inventory (SDI). Marrying a strength in structured problem-solving with experience in developing centered, trust-based leaders, Gene helps clients build and deliver human development offerings that harness scale and maximize ROI while still being personalized and human.

Jeanmarie Alessi is an Affiliate Consultant with Avion. She designs and facilitates professional and leadership development programs that support and challenge employees to develop to their full potential.
Jeanmarie started her career at Chase Manhattan Bank and Prudential Securities, where she designed and facilitated leadership development workshops, coached leaders and executed organization-wide HR initiatives designed to advance the strategy of the organization.

Jeff Graddy is a Partner with Avion. He advises senior leaders and their organizations on how to maximize business performance through improved leadership effectiveness. He has a passion for helping executives reach greater levels of personal effectiveness and leadership performance through the application of behavioral science. Jeff focuses on helping organizations create high performing cultures by shaping the individual and systemic factors that drive sustainable organizational performance.
Jeff began his career in healthcare, delivering behavioral health programs and providing crisis intervention. He also spent time in the field of sport and performance psychology.

John Gates is a Partner Emeritus with Avion. He provides coaching and counsel to leaders from the middle management to senior executive levels; he partners with clients in the design and implementation of high-impact leadership development solutions; and he works with management teams on issues related to both team and organizational effectiveness.
John began his career in higher education, and has served in both faculty and leadership positions at several universities.

John started his career in higher education where he managed programs and services for universities. She has also previously worked at Hilton, Waldorf Astoria, and Walt Disney World properties. Katie received her B.S. in Hospitality Management from Florida International University in Miami, FL.

Kenneth "Case" Caldwell is an Affiliate Consultant with Avion Consulting. He focuses on maximizing team performance to improve organization efficiency, clarity, and performance. Kenneth is especially adept at navigating high-stress industries that operate in complex and disaggregated environments. Additionally, he enjoys individual coaching and development to support individuals in finding their managerial style and fulfilling their potential as leaders. He believes leadership should progress from practical to transformative and then become inspirational.
Kenneth brings to Avion 14 years of practical experience leading high-performing teams as a Navy SEAL officer. During this time, he provided operational and strategic leadership to drive team performance across multiple global locations while training and mentoring the next generation of military leaders. After leaving active duty, Kenneth entered the technology industry and worked in a global management role where he reinvigorated inactive business areas.
Kenneth holds a Bachelor's degree in Quantitative Economics from the U.S. Naval Academy. He is currently located in San Diego.
Kevin Bryant is an Affiliate Consultant with Avion. He partners with clients utilizing a context-driven approach toward leadership coaching, team development, and organization strategy. His strong background in adult development, teaching, and learning allows clients to better understand themselves as leaders and learners to make sustainable transformational change. In addition, Kevin supports organizations on the core components of diversity leadership, the diversity crisis model, alongside DEIB strategy development.
With close to 20 years working in the education sector, Kevin has partnered with everyone from state leaders to district leaders to teachers in order to find solutions to critical issues that impact millions of lives. His experience working in a reactive industry has developed and strengthened in Kevin the dexterity required to understand the needs of leaders and organizations across different sectors.

Liz White is a Project Coordinator for Avion Consulting, providing support for Avion's leadership team as well as managing client projects and relationships. Logan Gaskill is an Affiliate Consultant with Avion. He has nearly 20 years of experience as a consultant, executive coach, human resources, and operations expert.
Logan began his career as an HR consultant for Deloitte Consulting. In this role, he assisted Fortune 500 companies with various initiatives, including talent and change management, workforce analytics, critical workforce segment assessment, and organizational design and assessment.
His operational experience includes senior leadership roles at both Caesars Entertainment and MGM Resorts International. While at Caesars Entertainment, Logan progressed through various human resource leadership roles across its domestic locations. Following Caesars Entertainment, Logan joined MGM Resorts International as the Vice President of Human Resources at MGM National Harbor, leading the property's pre-opening and early operational phases. Logan applied his human resources knowledge in functional roles as the Vice President of Hotel Operations at MGM National Harbor. In this role, he oversaw a 308 room hotel, 12 retail outlets, and the environmental services staff for the $1.5 billion resort.
As an executive coach, Logan has a passion for creating opportunities for underrepresented minorities to grow and excel in their careers. Sacha began his career in psychology, serving as a university instructor and a therapist. In 2001, he transitioned into external consulting.

Sophie has over 17 years' experience delivering the coaching, consulting and capability work that allows leaders and their organizations to grow through their people.
