Andy Pascal is a Principal with Avion Consulting. His areas of expertise include executive coaching, motivational leadership development, executive team building, new manager training and career realignment. Andy has a wealth of experience partnering with seasoned and emerging leaders at both large institutions and growth stage companies across multiple industries. Prior to joining Avion, Andy had a private executive coaching practice supporting both individuals and organizations with one-to-one, team and group coaching and training programs. Before full-time coaching, Andy spent 14 years as a sales and business development leader at both established and growth tech companies, including Google, Foursquare, Blue State Digital and Placed (acquired by Snapchat, then Foursquare). In these roles, his primary responsibilities were to be an outward face of the organization, lead sales teams, sell complex technologies and develop relationships with executives. Andy received a B.A. in English from the University of Michigan and graduated from Newfield Network's Coaching for Personal and Professional Mastery program. He currently holds a PCC accreditation from the International Coach Federation (ICF) and an NCC credential via Newfield. He's also a Certified Team Coach (via Global Team Coaching Institute) and is a Certified Sparketype Advisor (CSA). He lives in Brooklyn, NY.

While at Caesars Entertainment, Logan progressed through various human resource leadership roles across its domestic locations. Following Caesars Entertainment, Logan joined MGM Resorts International as the Vice President of Human Resources at MGM National Harbor, leading the property's pre-opening and early operational phases.
