Partners for Children & Families is working diligently to bring together all the people involved in a young child's life to help build this strong foundation. By improving access to high quality, affordable early childhood programs, ensuring children are safe and healthy, and connecting families with the supports they need, Partners for Children & Families is making a promise to help build brighter futures for all of the children in our lives... Partners for Children & Families was formed in 1994 and is part of a network of 74 nonprofit organizations supported by The North Carolina Partnership for Children. Each year, PfCF receives allocations from the North Carolina state legislature to address the needs of young children up to five years of age. The PfCF Board of Directors, in conjunction with the state Smart Start office, uses these funds to award annual grants for programs aligned with Smart Start's vision to ensure that every child has all they need for healthy growth and..
