She is founder member of Summit careers. She possesses a rich 25 years of experience in conventional academic and practical industry in facilitating English Language and Soft Skills acquisition at the basic and advanced levels. Besides her Masters and Ph.D. she is a certified evaluator for City & Guilds, UK and has been a TOEFL evaluator for a Brazil based educational services company. She has been handling CAT, GRE, GMAT and CSAT classes for the last 10 years and has generated study material for CAT, SNAP, CLAT & Banking preparations. She has worked as an Associate Professor and Head of the Department of English and Media Studies at Vijaya College, Bengaluru. Currently she is on deputation from IIIT, Bengaluru as a Professor to Myanmar Institute of Information Technology to develop need based Language curriculum for both UG & PG level students. She has also worked as Member, Board of Examinations, Bangalore University.
Mr. James has over 10 years of experience in building successful educational partnerships as well as in international student recruitment. He has extensive experience in giving presentations and advice to international students' applying to global universities With a background in television production, I film and edit media content, largely for the education sector.
Prof. Gulshan Chhabra has a rich and varied experience of over two decades in mentoring & coaching students across the country. Earlier, he was the Course Director & then the Vice President of T.I.M.E. Pvt. Ltd. He has successfully crafted a lot of success stories and has the distinction of guiding thousands of students into corporate placements, IIMs & other premier institutes in India & abroad for higher studies. His area of expertise is Aptitude, Analytical Reasoning, Career guidance and Personality development. Under his leadership, Summit Academy has been conferred as one of the top startups in the country under ‘Smart Fifty' initiative by DST, Govt. of India & IIM Calcutta in 2018. His innovative concept on ‘Collaborative education' was shortlisted by Power of Ideas - initiated by The Economic Times, IIM Ahmedabad & Department of Science & Technology. He has presented the same at an International conference in IIT Delhi. He is also quoted by BBC on ‘Higher Education trends' in the country. He was awarded the ‘Best Rotarian' by Dist. 3110. He loves travelling & writing poetry.
He is an MBA from IIM Ahmedabad with over 15 years of experience in finance, operations and knowledge management. He has worked for as an equity research associate in investment banks (Barclays Capital, Lehman Brothers, JPMorgan), as a service delivery lead in rating institutions (Moody's, Standard and Poor's) as well as an investment analyst in a venture capital fund. He worked across the globe- India, the U.S., Hong Kong and Germany. He is a founer member of Summit Careers. He has been involved in teaching, training and content creation for over a decade. He is a visiting faculty at The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) and also takes classes at B-schools. He developed, designed and institutionalised the training program at his prior organization. A maths geek, he aced CAT in his first attempt and secured perfect scores in mathematics and analytical sections of GRE. He was rated at the 97 percentile in GRE verbal section and at 99 percentile in TOEFL.
Prof. Sajal is an authority on English language. He is a founder mentor at Summit Careers. He completed his studies from Xavier's Ranchi and Kolkata. He is a CA, CAIIB and an MA in English. He was initially employed in the Banking Sector for 13 years with Standard Chartered Bank. For his love for the language b he moved on to the education industry. He was the Course Director of T.I.M.E. Kolkata before he set up his own brainchild - ILLUMIND. He is a freelancing journalist and contributes regularly to Times of India, Hindustan Times, The Statesman and AnandaBazar.
