The company was established in 2005 when the high-quality warehouse real estate market in Russia was just coming into being. Since its founding and over the more than 20 years of its history, the Company has been a leader in the grade-A warehouse segment in Russia. Today MLP Management Company is one of the market leaders. The company manages 1.8 million square meters of warehouse space in eight existing logistics complexes. Seven of the eight facilities are located in the Moscow region, the Utkina Zavod warehouse complex is situated in the Leningrad region.
