Initial concerns about the level of cooking skills required are immediately dispelled by the informality of the environment, and the realisation that the only qualifications needed are a love for food and the desire to learn about cooking. The kitchen is a traditional French farmhouse kitchen that is fitted to allow you to feel at home and you will work with equipment that is normally used in the home kitchen.
