‘Anglesey Lettings' is a property management company that handles all aspects of property management. We have been managing property here for over 10 years. We offer a ‘fully managed service' and also a ‘tenant find only' service... Richard Tuke used to be based in Manchester as a Sales and Marketing Director for a major house builder but now runs his own property company on Anglesey, ‘Sandown Properties Ltd' which is also ‘Anglesey Lettings'... Sandown Properties Ltd was established as a company that would buy properties and specialise in total refurbishment and then present them for re sale aimed at the Holiday Home Market. We also offered a ‘Property Find' service, and also a full ‘Sales and Marketing Service' for small developers in the Trearddur Bay area. We have successfully sold a number of small sites for developers on this basis.
