Due to a slowing of demand the service was discontinued in spring 2019, however the 16mm facility and resource is still located at the University of East... The University of East London's Fine Art Department has a long tradition with experimental film, and the current 16mm facilities were originally sourced and developed, 30 years ago by John Smith and David Parsons, as North East London Polytechnic... The Lawley Debrie Processor was bought in 1982 from a Ministry of Defence auction in mint condition.
