SEVAN MOTORWORX

It is not easy to give a concise review on Sevan Motorworx because the problems I brought to them were not only challenging to diagnose, but had been going on for YEARS. If you are looking for a GREAT mechanic and shop, do yourself a favor and read on. After bringing my 2011 Audi to the dealer and two independent shops, I was left frustrated and seriously considering getting rid of the car. A Google search found Sevan Motorworx as one of the highest rated shops in the area, but they are a bit of a distance from me. I contacted Sevan and four other shops, leaving voicemail and email asking if they could help. Joe, at Sevan, got back to me right away and we made an appointment. I gave Joe the laundry list of what was wrong, it took more than a few minutes! When I brought the car in I met Evan and Joe, they were professional, courteous and very patient taking the time to listen to what I was experiencing and explaining how they would proceed.
