Kailash Blades is primarily composed of senior ex employees of other khukuri houses, who became dissatisfied with slipping quality standards and working conditions with their former employers. The one goal in mind when setting up Kailash Blades in 2015 was to do things better. Better pay, better knives and better lives for everyone involved. While we may come from different backgrounds our team members have all come from the apex of their respective fields and are committed to setting a new standard of excellence for traditional nepalese manufacturing... Mandip has loved to play football ever since he was a child, playing barefoot with a ball made up of rags. As someone who spends so much time covered in metal he relishes the opportunity to scrub up and is a notoriously snappy dresser. This is a trait that his son has inherited- they're a mean looking duo. He is a loving and responsible man to his wife and caring dad to his beautiful son.
