Adam Gunderson

Adam practices primarily in the areas of business and family-based immigration, trusts and estate planning, and business planning. Adam graduated cum laude from the J. Reuben Clark Law School. Adam practices primarily in the areas of business and family-based immigration, trusts and estate planning, and business planning. Prior to joining the Gunderson Law Group, Adam worked as a law clerk in a variety of offices, including a large multi-national firm in Australia, a small boutique firm in downtown Salt Lake City, and in the general counsel's office of a small tech company in Provo, Utah. Adam graduated cum laude from the J. Reuben Clark Law School, where he served as managing editor of the BYU Journal of Public Law. Prior to attending law school, Adam graduated from Arizona State University with a B.S. in biological sciences. Adam is a member of Wealth Counsel, Elder Counsel, and the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA). He currently serves on the Board of Directors for the West Mesa Community Development Corporation, a local nonprofit focusing on economic development issues in the community, and as a volunteer leader for a local troop of the Boy Scouts of America.

Brent Gunderson

Brent's practice focuses primarily in the areas of business, trust and estate planning, trust and probate administration, elder law, and immigration law. Brent first opened his own practice in Mesa in 1996. Brent is a member of the Arizona Community Foundation's Professional Advisory Board and previously served on the Board of Trustees of the Maricopa County Bar Foundation. He has also been very active in a variety of capacities with the Boy Scouts of America and as the coach of several youth sports teams.

Holly Estes

Holly Estes works as a paralegal and is an integral member of the legal team at the Gunderson Law Group. She assists with a variety of legal issues involving trusts and estates, business planning, and immigration. Holly earned a Bachelor's degree in Political Science from Point Loma Nazarene University and has worked at other law firms throughout the area and previously worked as a case officer for the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS). Her past experience and ongoing dedication provide tremendous value to our firm and to our clients.

Joshua Douglas

Josh works as a legal assistant providing support for a variety of the day-to-day tasks here at Gunderson Law Group. Many of our clients interact with him when setting appointments to meet with one of our attorneys or in processing their invoices. He also provides integral support to our attorneys and other team members ensuring firm projects are completed effectively and efficiently.

Kathryn Douglas

Kathryn Douglas works as a legal assistant and social media specialist for our firm. She helps many of our clients and prospective clients to understand our firm's processes and procedures and provides general support to our attorneys and staff. Kathryn graduated from Mesa Community College with an associates degree in applied sciences. She is currently pursuing a bachelor's degree at Brigham Young University.

Selena Shelby

Job Titles:
  • Paralegal
Selena works as a paralegal with the firm and currently assists our estate planning attorneys as the lead drafting assistant. Selena attended Arkansas State University and later earned her paralegal certificate from Lamson College.
