Predominantly covering the London and Surrey geographical areas, our knowledge in this complex field has been recognised by numerous developers, architects and project managers, who have appointed us as their retained party wall surveyor... Prior to setting up his own company, James worked in private practice, predominantly at Associate Directorship level gaining a wide level of experience in professional and contract administration related work. James currently specialises in party wall matters and is a member of the Pyramus & Thisbe Club and a Fellow (Chairman of the Surrey Branch) of the Faculty of Party Wall Surveyors, which are both recognised organisations promoting party wall excellence.
