Becky joins Buan Consulting as a Consultant with two years of Salesforce experience. Becky began her career with Salesforce as an administrator for a small Baltimore non-profit and has since evolved into a consultant, participating in numerous Salesforce customizations and implementations across multiple industries. Becky is a Salesforce Certified Administrator and holds a BS in Communication from East Carolina University.
Bob brings 15 years of programming experience to Buan Consulting, including two years of Salesforce custom development. He is a Certified Force.com Application Developer, bringing his technical expertise in health care management system to our CMS Team.
Christian comes to Buan Consulting with more than five years of experience implementing Salesforce solutions and a total of seven years with other platforms. Christian graduated from DeVry University with honors and holds a Bachelors degree in Computer Information Systems. Christian started his journey with Salesforce by building the content management system for the Orlando Science Center, and continued his career by working with companies like CNL and Advantor just to name a few. Christian is a driven developer who likes to think outside of the box; in 2015, he spoke in two sessions at Dreamforce, where he shared his knowledge and taught others about Salesforce best practices.
Dave joins Buan Consulting as a senior-level, Salesforce-Certified Developer. Dave has more than 15 years of experience implementing CRM systems; designing, implementing, and maintaining public customer portals and employee intranets; and managing various projects. His technical background in writing code, designing interfaces, and staying current on changing trends within the industry is complemented by his extensive background in customer service and business experience. Dave is also proficient in Oracle and best testing practices. He has worked on various Salesforce projects writing Apex Code, Visualforce Pages and Triggers.

Gerry joined Buan Consulting in 2004 as a Senior Consultant for Autonomy applications where he worked developing search products for government and private organizations. He has also developed and deployed projects using Amazon Web Services and Jitterbit. He has since moved to the Salesforce side and is a Salesforce Developer working on applications for government services. Gerry also provides IT support for the company. He graduated from University of Maryland/University College with a BS in Computer Science in 2000.
Jessica began working with salesforce.com in 2009 and is a Salesforce Certified Administrator. She has several years of business and IT consulting experience in the Public Sector and has also held analytical roles for Fortune 500 and Technology Fast 500 companies. Jessica has been involved with project management, business process re-engineering, requirements, design, configuration, testing, data migration, training, and end-user support for a range of salesforce.com application solutions.

Jim is a Salesforce Certified Administrator and Certified Developer who leads Buan Consulting's CMS team supporting the Center for Medicare and Medicaid Services through our prime ActioNet. Jim is skilled in bridging the gap between business goals and technology capabilities and comes to the position with experience in business analysis, requirements gathering, process flowcharts, use cases/stories, analytics, data analysis, and project management.

Mr. Schmidt is Vice President of Sales at Buan Consulting, bringing to the team more than 25 years of experience delivering enterprise-level applications and technology solutions at companies such as Appirio, Astadia, CoreMatrix Systems and Salesforce.com. Now, Mr. Schmidt will put his sales and business management expertise to work to help Buan Consulting achieve goals for sales and company-wide growth. Mr. Schmidt earned a Bachelor's Degree in Political Science and Secondary Education teaching certification from Gettysburg College. He also studied Financial Accounting and Corporate Finance at Rutgers University and Canisius College, respectively.
LeAnna joined Buan Consulting in 2011 as an Administrative Assistant and since has been promoted to Office Manager and Marketing Coordinator. She has 14 years of human resources and admin experience to include scheduling, payroll, invoicing, employee relations, benefits and compliance issues. Wearing many hats at Buan Consulting she is able to take that experience and utilize it in daily admin, hr and marketing tasks and issues.
She graduated from Towson University with a Bachelors in Psychology and currently resides in Annapolis, MD with her husband.

Madhu brings over 15 years experience designing, configuring, testing and implementing enterprise systems that streamline internal processes such as human resources, financials, customer service, university student systems, inventory management and manufacturing workflow. It is Madhu's mastery of Salesforce that first caught our attention-and her innate analytical and problem-solving skills serve as a powerful complement.

Mark joined Buan Consulting in 2013 as a Senior Consultant, to support and develop full text search applications for the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC). These applications require experience with an array of platforms (Windows, Linux, Amazon Web Services), full text search products (H-P Autonomy, Amazon Web Services CloudSearch) and application languages (Java, JSP, node.js, shell scripting, Python, XML).
Prior to joining Buan Consulting, Mark developed data management systems for the Washington D.C. Police Department and for DoD. He received a MS in Computer Science from Johns Hopkins University in 1992, and holds a BS in Computer Science from North Carolina State University.

Megan Leary is a Senior Salesforce.com and CPQ Consultant at Buan Consulting. She has been a certified Salesforce Administrator since 2010, and has added the Sales Cloud Consultant, Service Cloud Consultant, Platform App Builder, and SteelBrick Brown Belt certifications in more recent years. She enjoys implementing and optimizing the platform to meet business needs.
Megan received her Bachelor of Arts from Indiana University in Religious Studies. She resides in Indianapolis, IN with her husband and two children.
Michelle brings three years of Salesforce experience to the Buan Consulting team. She is a Salesforce Certified Administrator and has contributed to the design, configuration, testing, and implementation of a range of Salesforce solutions. Over the past four years, Michelle has cut her teeth on a variety of Information Technology roles, including application administration, Business Intelligence development, process improvement, and project management.
Mike joins Buan Consulting as a Senior Consultant with 20 years of IT experience. Mike has worked the last three years implementing solutions on the Salesforce.com platform and holds five Salesforce.com certifications; including Administrator, Advanced Administrator, Developer, Sales Cloud Consultant, and Platform Developer I. Mike has a degree in Information Management from the University of North Dakota.
