The Independent Guardian Ad Litem Agency was formed by Eugene Bigley in early 2014. Eugene is a qualified Social Worker with some 30 years' experience in the field of child and family care. Managing Director Eugene Bigley was subsequently joined by Claire Quinn as a Director in 2015 to help to grow the organisation. Claire is a professionally qualified Social Worker and a qualified Barrister. She has worked in the field of child protection since 1999.
