Dr. Victoria Falcone, director of The Falcone Center for Functional and Cosmetic Medicine, is board certified in Family Medicine. She is licensed in Pennsylvania and New Jersey and is a member of The Institute of Functional Medicine, The American Academy of Family Practice, and The American Academy of Cosmetic Surgery (AACS). Dr. Falcone offers a unique approach to health, wellness, and rejuvenation, helping men, women and children look and feel better both inside and out. Dr. Falcone takes pride in helping her patient look and feel better. A long-time resident of the Delaware Valley, Dr. Falcone graduated Summa Cum Laude from Temple University in 1995 and pursued her medical education and an undergraduate fellowship in Neuromuscular Medicine (Osteopathic Manipulative Medicine) at the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine.
After residency training in family medicine and emergency medicine, Dr. Falcone became interested in cosmetic medicine and began specialty training studying with many cosmetic medicine and liposuction specialists around the country. She has performed liposuction and cosmetic procedures almost every working day since 2007. This represents thousands of body transformations through advanced, awake liposuction procedures and over 10,000 Botox, injectable filler, laser, PRP and weight loss patients.
In order to help patients transform inside and out, Dr. Falcone began her study of Functional and Integrative Medicine in 2011 completing her certification through the Institute of Functional Medicine. She is currently working on her Obesity Medicine Certification, expected in 2023.
With respect to liposuction Dr. Falcone was the first practitioner in the Delaware Valley to offer Smartlipo (January 2007), Body Jet Liposuction (August 2009), and Custom Acoustic Liposuction / Tickle Lipo (December 2009). She trained with surgeons who were instrumental in the initial implementation of these revolutionary liposuction techniques.
Dr. Falcone is an avid learner, dedicated to offering the best cosmetic, functional and integrative medical care to her patients. Through her unique background and training, she utilizes her skills and knowledge in functional medicine, cosmetic medicine, liposuction surgery, nutrition, laser medicine and obesity medicine to provide a comprehensive and individualized treatment program to each patient

Erin came to The Falcone Center when she moved to New Jersey during the pandemic to be closer to her family. She began her career in the medical spa industry over 7 years ago in South Florida. Skilled in business, spa, and sales management, she was recruited to the top luxury medical spa in Palm Beach as the Director of Retail and Guest Services. There, she trained under industry veterans on providing excellence within the wellness and cosmetic experiences of their high-end clientele.
With a lifelong passion for aesthetics and an understanding that self-love is a unique and personal journey for each individual, she went on to become the Cosmetic Coordinator, acting as a liaison between the team of doctors, aestheticians, and their patients to provide the highest quality experience when seeking the most sought-after cosmetic procedures. At the Falcone Center you can find her assisting in the consultation process, taking your photos, prepping you for your treatments, scheduling your appointments, assisting with marketing, and coordinating the front.
Her goal is always to create a harmonious experience by listening to your needs and concerns and providing solutions.
Gina is a graduate nurse and registered aesthetician with over 10 years of experience in dermatology, skin care and cosmetic medicine. She always had a passion for cosmetic medicine. Gina assists Dr. Falcone with many procedures like PRP, Biote, HRT, Botox, fillers and Mira dry.
When Gina is not working, she enjoys hanging out with her family and taking her dog Neo on long walks in the park.
Kellie has always been fascinated by the human body and had a deep desire to help others feel their best. These passions led to a career in massage therapy that allowed her to understand the physical, emotional and mental effects of pain and discomfort.
Kellie's education began at Temple University with a B.S. in Recreational Therapy, which allowed her to assist individuals in maintaining the skills necessary to live successfully in their home or community. Later, she pursued licensure in muscle therapy through the Cortiva Institute - Pennsylvania School of Muscle Therapy. Since 2007, Kellie has had the pleasure of assisting countless patients reach a state of total relaxation and well-being by providing direct massage, body work, somatic therapy and body treatments in the spa and medical setting.
At the end of the day, Kellie's goal is to help each, and every client achieve a state of total relaxation and well-being. Whether you are experiencing physical pain, emotional stress or just need a break from the demands of daily life, Kellie is prepared to find the peace, tranquility and physical health you deserve.
Michele has been in the beauty, wellness, and customer service industry for over a decade. Her calming personality, intelligence and sharp sense of humor make it easy for her to connect with anyone.
Outside of work, you'll find Michele being a chef in her kitchen and a gardener in her tropical apartment paradise. When it's time to unwind she'll be relaxing poolside (with sunscreen of course). She also enjoys a nice hike and getting lost in the Wissahickon.
Michele is always giving 100% of her heart and attention to everyone that walks through the Falcone Center door.

MonaLisa Touch (the SMARTXIDE2 Laser system) received FDA 510(k) clearance on September 5, 2014 for indications that included gynecology applications such as incisions, excisions, ablations, vaporization and coagulation of body soft tissues in medical specialties including aesthetics and gynecology. The MonaLisa Touch treatment could be considered an "off label" use of the technology when using it for "vaginal rejuvenation" purposes as the FDA 510(k) clearance did not specifically stipulate "vaginal rejuvenation" as part of the clearance.
Dr. Ahmad started his medical career as a clinical Medical Doctor and graduated from the Ripah International University in Pakistan in 2011. After training in Pakistan in General Medicine and Surgery Specialty during internship programs, he took his passion for medicine to Baltimore, Maryland where he became a Research Assistant at John Hopkins. He also practiced as a clinical staff in Orthopedic Surgery, ENT, and cosmetic surgery.
Dr. Ahmad realized his passion for cosmetic medicine when he worked with a doctor in South Jersey and began studying cosmetic medicine. He continues to study cosmetic medicine and Biote hormone replacement.

Dr. Ahmad is all about his family and resides in South Jersey. He enjoys traveling, hiking, and DIY projects. He is an advocate for constantly learning something new and enjoys studying advances in medicine.
Sierra Wright RN, BSN, is a Board-Certified Registered Nurse. As part of our clinical team, she cares our surgical and non-surgical patients.
Sierra is a graduate of West Chester University, where she obtained her Bachelor's degree in communication studies. She then went on to obtain her Bachelor's degree in Nursing from the University of Delaware's Accelerated Nursing Program.
Prior to joining the Falcone Center, Sierra worked as a Patient Care Technician II in the Neuro-ICU for 2 years. Her experience in the hospital allowed her to gain a valuable set of clinical skills, targeted towards providing the most safe and effective care for her patients. Sierra is passionate about developing personalized care plans to guide patients along their aesthetic journey.
A fun fact about Sierra is she's a former Miss Delaware USA, and competed in Miss USA at the national level. Sierra says the clinical staff who helped her achieve a refreshed, natural look for the big stage fueled her passion for aesthetic medicine and medical grade skincare. She prides herself on staying up-to-date with the latest techniques and strategies through extensive training on the services we offer here at Falcone Center.
Sierra believes comprehensive education and continuous communication before, and after treatments, is key to ensuring best patient outcomes. Her favorite part about her role as an aesthetic nurse is watching patients leave our office with a radiant smile on their face. Sierra genuinely enjoys getting to know each, and every patient, and loves watching them progress through their surgical and aesthetic journey.
Tiffany is a Surgical Assistant here at the Falcone Center. She has been in healthcare for 16 years. She graduated from the Harris School of Business in 2010 where she earned her Surgical Technician degree.
