Working Well is a non-profit organization whose mission is to equip local employers with strategies for a thriving workforce. We are committed to helping our community be a healthy place to live, work, and play. We do this by hosting engaging events, partnering in community initiatives focused on celebrating and expanding the value of workplace wellbeing, and offering educational opportunities for all who embrace and encourage a healthy, thriving workforce... Working Well likes to stay on the cutting edge of all things health and fitness, so we've made an exciting change to this year's Strength & Conditioning leg of the CCC! Out with the bench press; in with the tire flip. As always, proper form is critical. So be sure to train your body and practice prior to the event so you're all ready for the big day!
