Don Robbins is a founding partner of Fischer, Evans & Robbins, Ltd. His law practice areas involve various areas of civil defense litigation including insurance defense, insurance coverage, premises liability, political subdivisions, construction litigation, as well as appellate work.
A founding partner of Fischer, Evans & Robbins, Ltd., Mark began his legal career in 1988 in Orlando, Florida. After returning to his home state of Ohio in 1991, he became a partner at two Canton area law firms. Mark's law practice areas are litigation; insurance defense; insurance coverage; commercial vehicle defense; products liability defense; political subdivisions; premises liability; construction litigation; and appellate work.
In 2005, Mark F. Fischer, Cari Fusco Evans, Donald L. Robbins, Jr. founded Fischer, Evans & Robbins, Ltd. With over twenty-five years of combined experience in civil litigation, they sought to build a practice that was responsive to the needs, goals and objectives of their clients.
Fischer, Evans & Robbins, Ltd. has implemented a summer associate program to facilitate stable growth. With ties to the law schools of The Ohio State University, Case Western Reserve University and the University of Akron, our attorneys have returned to recruit promising young lawyers with a special interest in defense litigation.
Our attorneys have litigation experience at all levels of State Court, as well as within the Federal Courts of Ohio. Although based in Stark County, we have and continue to litigate cases in over 30 counties across Ohio including: Ashland, Ashtabula, Auglaize, Belmont, Carroll, Clark, Columbiana, Coshocton, Crawford, Cuyahoga, Delaware, Erie, Franklin, Fulton, Geauga, Guernsey, Hamilton, Harrison, Holmes, Jefferson, Lake, Lorain, Mahoning, Marion, Medina, Monroe, Morgan, Muskingum, Noble, Perry, Portage, Richland, Stark, Summit, Trumbull, Tuscarawas, Vinton, Washington, Wayne and Wood counties. The familiarity of our attorneys with these various venues, judges, and potential jurors enables them to provide invaluable insight into the likely outcomes in these and surrounding counties.
