Chad Strogal has over 20+ years in the Plumbing and Heating industry. He is a Journeyman Plumber, Licensed Gas Fitter, along with Purchasing & Supply Management Procurement Certificate.
He is a Project Manager/Estimator in charge of bidding, overseeing and directing project construction management by communicating directly with clients, consultants and sub contractors regarding project status.
Chad has adept experience in computerized estimating software in Plumbing, Heating, Chilled, and Sheet Metal take-offs. With pricing systems to produce accurate estimates of material and labour for all clients.
With over 35 years experience in the construction industry, Dwayne is proud of the hands-on experience he gained as a tradesperson and the detailed understanding this on-site experience has given him concerning all aspects of the construction industry. Dwayne's focus with All-Rite Mechanical Ltd. has been to provide superior customer service to all his clients. This attention to detail has enabled him to grow his company into the successful, multi-faceted enterprise it is today. Dwayne has been able to use his business skills and common-sense construction approach to build All-Rite Mechanical Ltd. into one of Regina's most successful mechanical contracting firms.
This has allowed Dwayne and his team to expand into the All-Rite Group of Companies which includes residential, industrial and commercial real estate and land development. The Group of Companies also includes hospitality, car washes, RV parks, leasing and property management.
Erin has been working at All-Rite for over a year and a half now. Along with reception and other admin duties she also helps Steph with service co-ordination.
Mike has been with All-Rite Mechanical for 12 years. He holds a Red Seal Journeyman Certificate in the Sheetmetal Trade. From custom metal fabrication to the installation of Sheetmetal for commercial to large industrial projects, Mike brings over 17 years experience to the Sheetmetal trade and the construction industry. This has allowed Mike to come up with innovative solutions to keeping workers safe and to ensure projects goals are achieved.
Nick has over 15 years experience as a mechanical estimator and project manager.
Nick has been a part of All-Rite Mechanical for over 19 years in the roles of Estimator, Project Manager and now General Manager. In that time he has worked on a wide variety of projects primarily for commercial, institutional and industrial clients. This includes successfully managing LEED projects such as the Fire Hall #4 in Regina on Dewdney Ave and most recently the 112,000 sq. ft. North Central Shared Use Facility completed in July of 2017.
Nick is also experienced in delivering extra value through Design Build projects using his experience and practical solutions to deliver a mechanical system for any project quickly and efficiently.
Nick also volunteers his time giving back to the construction community and has sat as President of the Regina Construction Association as well as a director of the Saskatchewan Construction Association.

Shawn has been with the company for over 18 years and has been an owner for eight years. Throughout all of Shawn's years with the company he has drawn on his background as a Red Seal Sheet Metal Journeyman. His responsibilities are managing construction site scheduling and oversight of daily operations. His focus is on implementation and quality control at all of our construction job sites.
Shawn is experienced in plumbing, boilers, chillers and diversified throughout all mechanical matters. He was the Service Manager of All-Rite Mechanical for four years and this experience helps him to keep in mind how systems will operate once they are done construction. Because of Shawn's vast experience and diverse background, he is able to help troubleshoot and work out any job-related changes or design build issues. Shawn's passion is being on the job sites and he tries to be out of the office as much as he can. He is constantly in the field sharing his knowledge and mentoring on site staff. When Shawn isn't working you can find him pursuing his outdoor hobbies of camping, fishing and hunting. Shawn and his wife Michelle have two beautiful daughters.
Stephanie is a very personable, detail oriented and well organized individual. These traits make her proficient at her job and it shows with her many satisfied customers. In her role as service coordinator she works with customers to provide quality service to ensure they get the service they need.
