Aamir specialises in recruiting contract roles as part of the DevOps practice at La Fosse and is based in London. Aaron manages the Not-For-Profit and Public Sector Change and Transformation Practice at La Fosse, based in London. His team specialises in supporting Charity, Education, Housing, Healthcare, and Public Sector customers with their change and transformation programmes.
Having delivered people, process, and technology-driven recruitment campaigns, Aaron has developed a clear understanding of the strategic and technological needs within such organisations, as well as the financial and regulatory pressures that are unique to recruiting within the public and third sectors.
Aaron has helped shape La Fosse's innovative pro-bono advisory offering. He also leads La Fosse's internal fundraising team, having slept out for Byte Night in 2017 and 2018 and raised over £8,000 for Action for Children to date.
Aaron graduated from the University of Reading in 2014 with a BSc in Biological Sciences, and held various roles within the Education and NFP industries prior to joining La Fosse.
Aaron is part of the Digital team at La Fosse, specialising in UX and UI design. Aaron began his career in recruitment after graduating from Westminster University, where he completed a Bachelor's degree in Business Studies. Aaron went on to gain five years of experience working within the education sector focusing on both the permanent and contract markets. In his spare time, you will find Aaron keeping fit in the gym, socialising with friends, or looking for his next city break.
Within La Fosse, Abigail has taken ownership of a new vertical specialism, covering full end-to-end delivery of marketing and digital marketing areas. She focuses mainly on the leadership spectrum including executive, director, and head of marketing/digital levels, including a wide range of marketing specialisms. She also covers other areas of management and technical delivery within the team.

Ade is a Senior Consultant at La Fosse, focusing on placing BI, data, and analytics contractors throughout Europe. He works with both partners and end customers to secure top-quality candidates. He believes that the small details matter the most and focuses on acting as a market advisor and consultant to provide a wide range of options and solutions to promote success in projects.

Adiam is a part of the Compliance and Onboarding team at La Fosse, specialising in delivering efficient and quality compliance for new and existing contractors. Adiam graduated from Coventry university with a LLB Law degree. She has almost four years of experience working in recruitment, specifically in compliance.

Aimee is the Legal and Audit Specialist at La Fosse, responsible for conducting commercial reviews and negotiations of all new customer T&Cs for the business in order to advise directors on what is commercially and legally viable. She also conducts internal and external auditing in our contract division.
Aimee is part of the People team at La Fosse, specialising in providing support and guidance to line managers as well as employees. Aimee has experience working in a standalone role for the NHS and prior to this, she spent three and a half years providing HR support to a multinational technology company. In Aimee's spare time, you can find her trying out new recipes or socialising with friends.
Akile is a part of the Operations team as an EA. Prior to joining La Fosse, Akile attended Leicester University where she completed a degree in History before going on to study Law. Following university, she worked in the legal industry for seven years.
Alejandro leads the European HR Transformation practice. This division specialises in cross-functional, business-wide, and HR transformation and the team has been built with our customers in mind; to develop and maintain relationships with a selected community of professionals who are qualified industry experts at designing and delivering HR transformation agendas across Europe and the US.
He has excellent knowledge of the strengths and challenges affecting hiring in these markets and has experience advising a range of businesses, from early-stage start-ups to international corporations and consolidated businesses. Alejandro has solid international experience and is also a qualified lawyer, with an educational background in Law and Political Science. He speaks five languages and is passionate about art, sports, space, and travel.
Alex operates within the La Fosse Executive Search research group, charged with identifying world class and industry leading talent from the C-suit upwards throughout the technology, private equity, and finance sectors. For the last 13 years, Alex has forged a career as a two-sport professional athlete, starting off as a rugby player in the English premiership before being chosen to represent England. From there, he made a pioneering move to the US to become the first-ever British rugby player to play in the NFL with the Atlanta Falcons. Dedicated to personal development, he has studied at Harvard University and is currently completing a part-time Masters degree.
Alex specialises in billing as part of the Candidate Care team at La Fosse. Prior to joining La Fosse, Alex worked as a billing and accounts assistant and studied Business Management. In her spare time, Alex likes travelling and cooking.

Alice has joined our Executive Search practice as the Head of Research, focusing on expanding our already established Executive and Interim divisions. She specialises in placing C-level executives into high-growth, Private Equity, and venture capital-backed organisations across a variety of sectors and geographies. Before moving to La Fosse, Alice spent four years at Egon Zehnder as part of the Executive Search, Private Equity, and Venture Capital team in London, where she was focusing on placing senior fund professionals. Previously, Alice worked at Russell Reynolds, where she covered the financial services and consumer sector from their São Paulo (Brazil) and San Francisco (US) offices. Prior to executive search, she accrued experience at managing consulting firms, as well as marketing and business intelligence at a consumer goods company. Alice graduated with a BSc in Economics and has a Master's degree in Business and Marketing. She also speaks fluent English, Spanish, and Portuguese.

Alijah Pecina manages business development for The US Executive Search Practice. Based in Austin, Texas, he specialises in customer relations and talent insights. He is primarily focused on working with Private Equity Funds and Asset Managers to source C-level leadership for their portfolio companies.
Alijah has a keen interest in promoting data-driven decision-making and researching the future of talent acquisition. He holds a BA in Business Communications from Baylor University and, prior to joining La Fosse, he transitioned from a role at Newchip Accelerator where he consulted over 500 startups. Additionally, he has two years of collective experience as a financial analyst with companies such as EY and PrincePerelson.

Alistair Ross is Head of our US West Coast team, focused on building out operations for the company in Los Angeles. He works primarily with PE Funds and asset managers to source C-level leaders (and their underlying management teams) for their portfolio companies. Prior to joining La Fosse, he spent over eight years with Business Talent Group (now Heidrick and Struggles), where he worked closely with senior executives within private equity, technology, CPG, financial services, and healthcare companies on key talent placements. Alistair holds an MSc in Marketing from the UCD Smurfit School of Business and a BA in Economics and History from University College Cork.

Allison is the Marketing Director heading up the Marketing team at La Fosse. She is helping to shape our marketing strategy and pivoting our marketing to showcase our multi-service offering. She's passionate about brand, innovation, and service levels for candidates and customers. Her 20-year career in marketing has spanned recruitment, software, and management consultancy.
Amelia is part of the People team providing leadership to enable the team to deliver a valuable experience to employees. Starting her career in HR in the fashion retail industry, she has since spent the last two and a half years at a world-renowned children's hospital in London, working in and providing leadership to the HR Operations team. Prior to joining La Fosse, Amelia graduated from Nottingham Trent University with a degree in Sociology. Outside of work, you will find her socialising with friends and exploring London.
Amna specialises in recruiting permanent roles as part of the Product Management practice at La Fosse and is based in London. She has a keen interest in the trends affecting the Product and Tech industry, with a particular knowledge of the challenges affecting hiring in this market. She has experience advising a range of businesses, from small start-ups to major organisations.
Amna graduated from The University of Birmingham, with a degree in Political Science and International Relations. She has previously worked in Product recruitment for 18 months and prior to that has had extensive experience within politics and journalism
Amy leads the Non Profit Sector Change and Transformation team at La Fosse, based in London. She has a keen interest in the trends affecting her sectors, with a particular knowledge of the challenges affecting hiring in this market. Amy has experience advising a range of businesses, from small start-ups to major organisations.
Amy graduated from Portsmouth University with a degree in English Literature and has previously worked in recruitment-focused roles around the world. Amy also has first-hand experience as part of a large transformation within a NFP organisation.
Annabel is a part of the Digital team at La Fosse, specialising in UX and UI design. Prior to joining La Fosse, Annabel attended the University Of the Arts, London, where she completed a degree in Interior Design. Following university, Annabel began freelancing, specialising in interior design and digital design.
Annie works in the Cloud Services and Business Systems Permanent Recruitment team. Annie graduated from the University of Birmingham with a Masters in Human Resource Management, CIPD. In her spare time, you can find Annie running or socialising with friends.
Anya is part of the Permanent Infrastructure team at La Fosse in London. Prior to joining La Fosse, Anya worked in finance and global tax. In her spare time, you can find Anya at the boxing gym or socialising with friends.
