Professional Experience
Amy has over 30 years of extensive international experience in audit and business advisory. Her career highlights include successfully taking 15 PRC companies public in the US, acting as Partner-In-Charge for 2 NASDAQ companies, and advising essential restructuring solutions for companies undergoing their IPOs in Hong Kong. Her most recent achievements include the successful listing of a client on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange in 2020.
As part of the PKF team for over 20 years, Amy is Partner at PKF Hong Kong and Executive Director of Greater China Region of PKF International overseeing PKF Shenzhen. With her profound knowledge and multifold connections in the business, she has eagerly recruited firms into the PKF network and significantly grown PKF's presence across regions. Her partnerships with numerous member firms underscore her multiple successes with multinational assignments and cross-border transactions.
Amy holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science with first class honours at King's College London in the United Kingdom.
Professional Experience
Beverly joined PKF Hong Kong Limited in 2019 and was promoted to Audit Manager in 2023.
Leveraging her experience accumulated over the years, Beverly has demonstrated expertise in leading audit engagements for a diverse range of private companies, spanning across industries such as trading, vessels owning and chartering, licensed corporations under the Securities and Futures Commission (SFC) and the Insurance Authority etc. She has also been engaged in annual audit of HKEx Main Board listed enterprises.

Chelsia worked in PKF Sydney and returned to Hong Kong as Audit Manager in 2018. With the exposure gained in overseas office, she has accumulated comprehensive audit experience in providing services to international corporates and organizations.
She has served clients from numerous types of industry, and especially familiar with trading, manufacturing, property investments, property management, US fund and securities brokers industries.
Besides, Chelsia has also been engaged in IPO projects and financial due diligence for her clients including private companies and listed companies on the Main Board and Growth Enterprise Market of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.

Derek joined PKF Hong Kong in 2001 and became Partner in 2006. He has been with us for more than 20 years after his venture at one of the most renowned accounting firms. Not only he grew his audit experience and expertise at PKF, he also became an inspiring leader for the team.
His professional practice in audit, assurance and advisory has led a wide range of private and international clients and listed companies in diverse industries, including property development, engineering and construction, trade, manufacturing, events organising and promotion, logistics, investment funds, as well as SFC regulated entities and non-profit organizations. Alongside audit aspect, Derek also covers servicing risk management, internal control and corporate governance.
Derek has a Bachelor degree in Economics from Macquarie University, Australia.

Edith joined PKF Hong Kong in 2000 and became a partner in March 2011. Her extensive experience in audit and assurance services brings her trusting clients of both listed and private companies from a broad spectrum of industries including manufacturing, construction, securities brokerage and garment, etc. She is proficient with external audit work such as annual audits, IPOs and M&A assignments.
Edith also covers assurance services for non-profit organisations, internal audits, due diligence and business advisory services. She is experienced in more areas including risk assessment, compliance assistance, corporate governance review and business process review.
Edith holds a bachelor degree in Business Administration with a major in Professional Accountancy from the Chinese University of Hong Kong.

Henry joined PKF Hong Kong in 2016 after his venture at various leading international accounting firms.
He has over 20 years of experience in providing local tax advisory and compliance services to a wide range of clients, including listed companies, SMEs and multinational corporates. His service also covers individuals, many of whom are expatriates working in Hong Kong and mainland China.
Also specialising in cross-border tax planning advisory, Henry has grown his client portfolio to include people from different regions who are keen to establish a foothold in the Hong Kong and mainland China market.
Henry attained a Bachelor degree in Computer Science and Accounting from The University of Manchester in the United Kingdom.
