Forest Hill Optometry is a family-owned independent Optometry practice. We were established in 1966 by John Barrett, who was succeeded by Dr Richard Ross in 2006. Rick was one of the first Optometrists in Victoria trained to use therapeutic medicines for eye disease. Since 2021, we have been owned and operated by Dan Phan and Anh Huynh. Both are therapeutically endorsed Optometrists who provide full scope Optometry services. This includes detecting and treating eye diseases; contact lenses; Ortho-K and myopia management; and children's vision. Together with Rick, our team endeavours to continue Forest Hill Optometry's long legacy of quality eye care for the community... Our business is owned and operated by optometrists. We put your eye care and eye health at the heart of all our work... Our practice is equipped with state-of-the-art equipment such as Nidek OCT scan (Optical Coherence Tomography), Canon retinal fundus camera, Medmont perimeter.
