Alison has worked in Estate Agency since 2006, starting in a small family run estate agency in Stonehouse as a sales progressor. Alison went on to assist the company in the setting up of their lettings arm, and became the lettings administrator as well as carrying out other office duties within the sales department. In 2019 Alison joined the team at CGT Lettings in Stroud as lettings administrator when CGT acquired the company she worked for in Stonehouse. Alison is a highly valued member of the team and her communication with all of our clients is second to none.
In her spare time she enjoys sewing, gardening, cocktails with friends, and spending time with her 2 daughters.

Amy started at CGT recently as maternity cover for Megan Lambert and this being her first office based job she has already learnt a lot about the business and is using her existing customer service skills in her role as client accounts administrator. In her spare time, Amy enjoys shopping and socialising with friends.
Becky moved to Cheltenham from Birmingham in 2015 and has lived in Gloucestershire ever since. She has worked for CGT for 2 years, but has been in the industry for almost 3. Becky has a degree in Criminology, and has also previously worked in hospitality, retail and events. Becky fell in love with her job in the Cheltenham branch, and she is now studying for her ARLA qualification. In her spare time, Becky enjoys socialising with family and friends and spending time with her dog, Cookie. She also loves the occasional crime documentary/thriller!
Bethan has been working at CGT for nearly 3 years and was a Property Inspector for the first two years but was interested in learning about all aspects of lettings and property management so conducted some Saturday viewings in the Cheltenham office for a short while to gain more experience. Bethan has conducted a variety of roles within her time at CGT, in September 2020, she changed roles to become a Property Coordinator for our Cheltenham and Stroud portfolio and then in April 2022 she changed roles to become Stroud's Lettings Negotiator. Bethan is currently studying for her Level 3 ARLA Technical award. She spends all her spare time being a mummy to her 4-year-old daughter, they love going to the zoo together and exploring different places.
Charlotte moved to Cheltenham in 2012 and with a real passion for property, has worked in the Lettings industry for over 5 years. Charlotte started her career in property as a Lettings Administrator and has worked her way up the ranks now proudly representing CGT as Branch Manager of our busy Cheltenham office. Outside of work, Charlotte enjoys outdoor activities, performing with her local dance team and spending time with family and friends.

Chris has worked in many industries in her career, Banking, Food, Oil, Telecommunications, Construction, Highways, Garden Buildings and now Property. Chris Joined in the middle of the pandemic which was a strange start but has recently completed her Level 3 Propertymark exams to give her greater insight into the lettings industry. Chris enjoys spending time with her daughters, gardening and exploring the countryside with Bruce her loopy staffie / whippet cross dog. Christine completed her Level 3 Propertymark qualification in November 2022.

David Baldwin has been in the property industry for the last 40 years and started CGT back in 1987. He has been pivotal in its success in driving it forward over the last 30+ years into the company becoming the successful and well known operation it is today. David along with wife Paula, still own the CGT business but have now retired from active work life and spend their time with their dogs enjoying long walks on the beach during frequent holidays in Cornwall.

Debbie Wilkinson is our lettings administrator, and has been working for CGT for 14 years and has lived in Tewkesbury her whole life. Debbie is responsible for ensuring our prospective tenants meet our high standards through referencing, and easily navigates the legal jargon involved with drawing up tenancy agreements and contracts. When not hard at work, Debbie enjoys walking her dog and gardening (which the dog helps with).
Before Frances joined CGT Lettings in August 2019 she was working as an Art Editor on a Home magazine but she decided on a new career in the property industry as she has always been interested in this area. Frances is now working towards her ARLA qualification which will make her a specialist in residential lettings. In her spare time, she enjoys travelling, baking, walking her dog Ella and spending time with her family.

George began working for CGT in 2015, starting his career as a Viewer before quickly progressing through the ranks to become a Negotiator and then Senior Negotiator in the Cheltenham CGT Branch. In August 2020 George was promoted to Head of Business Development & Investments and in 2023 he is responsible for launching our new offering CGT Stays. George has worked hard to research this new area and he is looking forward to working with landlords across the county to help them with their serviced apartment management requirements.

Jane has worked for CGT since in our Gloucester branch. Jane was previously Gloucester branch manager but moved to head up our Property Management department in 2016. Jane overseas a team of 6 Property Managers, 4 inspection clerks and 1 Deposit Negotiator, so a busy and varied role. Jane has an expert knowledge on our property portfolio and is eager to help as much as possible. Jane is also a qualified member of ARLA Propertymark.
Julia has mainly worked as a PA in her working life and started working in a lettings agency around 4 years ago. Julia started doing viewings at properties on a Saturday morning as she enjoyed it. After about a year she then moved on to be a Lettings Administrator in the main branch which she thoroughly enjoys. In her spare time, she enjoys reading, travelling, cooking and gardening.
I'm looking forward to getting to know the Tewkesbury landlords , tenants and working with my team. In my spare time I love to read, bake, and spend time with my cats and dog.

Lisa has worked within the property industry for over 30 years, starting her career in Sales in her hometown of Tetbury and then Cirencester with the same company. She had a few years away from this industry where she worked as a Liaison officer at Dyson in Malmesbury. In the year 2000 Lisa had a Son, when he was 4 months old she started working part time in Stonehouse for a small independent Lettings Agency where she stayed until the owner of the company sold to a large corporate agency in 2013. Lisa stayed with that company in Stroud for 5 years until she joined CGT Stroud in April 2018. Lisa's main hobby is playing lawn bowls for Tetbury Bowls club where she and her mother became the ladies doubles champions in Lisa's first season of playing, a first for the Club for mother & daughter to do this. she also enjoys walks with her 2 dogs and meeting up with friends and family.

Louise joined CGT in September 2018 having previously worked with CGT as an external HR consultant. Louise is responsible for the entire HR function within the business including recruitment, employee on-boarding, training & development and monthly payroll. She is passionate about helping to develop our staff to reach their full potential to support our growing organisation. Louise completed her Level 3 Propertymark Qualification in 2022 and enjoys supporting our team to help them complete theirs.

Paula has been an owner and Director of CGT since it began in 1987 and is an active member of the community in Cheltenham. She was previously a head mistress but now has many other pursuits including her love or Cornwall and her ongoing affiliation with Cheltenham Town Football club.

Sarah started working for CGT in 2018 and was our Deposits Negotiator for over 3 years. In 2022, Sarah changed roles to become our Property Coordinator for the Quedgeley & Kingsway branch. Within this role, Sarah looks after all aspects of maintenance and safety certificates day to day.

Sophie is pretty new to the lettings industry but has a passion for property. Before joining CGT she owned her own business for 5 years but during the pandemic she went to work at a Covid-19 testing centre to help the community with the battle against Covid-19, a very worthwhile role.
Sophie was really keen to start her property career with CGT and has already made a brilliant impact!
Tahlia started with CGT in July 2022 and is very excited to get to know the Cheltenham landlords and tenants over the coming months.

Tania has worked as a motor claims handler and in hospitality and in retail and has been working for CGT Accounts Department since 2008. In 2017 she progressed to be a Senior Accounts Assistant for the department.
